When I bought this, I did not anticipate how much I would enjoy it or how much I would use it. It has been such an incredible asset to my kitchen. I bought one at the same time for my daughter, and she has used hers even more than I have. So glad I got it.

The rotisserie in the unit is the worst design, I have seen and when calling customer care, they were little or no help. The groove in the end of the rotisserie bar is too wide and the bar falls out of the drive motor. Leaving the chicke or roast to burn on top.

The item worked alright, although the level of detail/clarity of the owners manual was awful. The box was missing two accessory pieces so I called the, "cust svc", number as instructed by the owners manual. I was told that, since I bought this item at Sams Club and not directly from them, that what was in the box was all I get. The box had never been opened when I bought it. All packing material was intact. What a joke. If I was Sams Club, I would carry a different line - one that doesn't externalize blame to Sams Club.

We have had our Air Fryer Oven for over a year. We have been very pleased with it, no problems what so ever. For first time recently cooked a chicken in it. It came out beautifully Browned and moist. Will definitely do this again. Just give it a try, may make a few mistakes at first but well worth the investment in time and money

Sorry it has been so long for me to get back to you but I have been in and out of the hospital and did not unpack my fryer until recently and discovered one of the trays was damaged (I believe) in manufacturing as one side is corroded as if it had not been properly finished.but everything else is in good shape. I am looking forward to beginning my cooking experience. Thank you so much.

My husband got this to replace a toaster over style air fryer that we had but did not like because of how hard it was to keep clean and use. This air fryer is exceptional, especially compared to the previous one. It has cooked everything perfectly! I just made beef jerky in it and will never buy pre-made jerky again, it turned out so well.

Bought this for the wife for christmas. Followed instructions and started to preheat and it quit after 2 minutes and locked up. Unplugged for various times but nothing. No error code or anything. Don't waste your money on this piece of crud. Oh and 2 month warantee. Most overrated scrap I have purchased. Customer service stinks also.

We bought the airfryer and after we used it about 3x we had issues. We couldn't get it to turn on, the screen was dark. We then unplugged and plugged again. The lights came on for a second. But I couldn't set time and temperature. So I did some research and found a video on YouTube to find what it could be. Turns out it's the door. So apparently I have to put folded paper, cut credit card something to make the door lift up. It worked for a bit then it didn't work but noticed if we put something under the door handle to push up, it would work. Seems too me it's too much trouble just to get this to work. This is ridiculous for paying $130 or so. I'm so disappointed in this product, definitely didn't work as expected!!! Thumbs down

I watched the infomercial may times, nothing better to do and I finally decided to get it. I have used it may times for wings and veggies so far. They have turned out wonderful!! Soon I will be using the basket and since it is almost winter the rotisserie for some of the things I can no longer cook outside on the grill. I have not tried teh chicken in there yet, not sure how big one can be, but that will be soon too. Might do Thanksgiving Turkey in there instead of the big oven.

I puchased this last month and am very satisfied. Love the fires! Pork chops/bbq sauce with bone were so moist and tender. Also put in fried zuccini, and cubed pototes were marinated,crisp and yummy. All on seperate shelves.No mess easy cleanup! wash 3 shelves and wipe interior clean. DONE...
