Price was great and so far I am satisfied with both products

I like the product just disappointed it crapped out after a few months. So I had to go back to my Nu wave at least it still a great cooker, and I have noticed none digital fryers at Walmart for same price and size. Figured it odd and contacted Tristar and was told they don't make them. I know my eyes are bad but when a Customer Service Rep tells you they don't make them. Something is definitely not on the up and up. A 60 day is rather bad as well. Outside of the way it cooks I would probably not recommend it until they get the quirks out, which like a new model car probably 2 - 3 years. I know they operate like all big businesses spit it out, they will just keep buying I know I tens to be a sucker for infomercials.

Was impressed the first time I used it. Would not power up after that. Tried multiple times....returned.

It didn't work, the door wouldn't shut properly so we had to drive 200 miles to a sams club to exchange it for one that did..the new one works nice.

Worked 1 time. The next day the touch screen display for power button and use of display did not work at all
