We bought this for our shop to do some cookouts once in awhile. Other than one cooking grate damaged in shipping everything was in good shape as it should have been. We have been sent a replacement cooking grate for the broken one. Customer service was exceptional.

I bought this grill right before Memorial Day and it was so easy to assemble! Cooked everything to perfection. Love the easy cleanup for the coals and well. Great price!!

The grill took a little over an hour to assemble!! Single person assembly (over 50). Rendered an awesome flavor!! Cooked evenly. My favorite is the grill is in three parts so it fits nicely into the dishwasher.

I'm so glad I bought this grill. It was a Bear to put together, but then I'm 78 years old. The directions were spot on. I'm sure with the quality of the materials, it will be around to leave in my will❣️

I just finished assembling this grill and found the included instructions accurate and appropriate. Whomever previously commented that they had trouble assembling theirs either completely disregarded the instructions or are mechanically inept. The instructions were easy to follow. It was very apparent to me that someone had put a lot of careful thought into the instructions and catered specifically to those that have a small amount of mechanical ability and knowledge. From start to finish, it took me roughly 3 1/2 hours to assemble it with no interruptions. All the parts fit together perfectly with little or no trouble.

Maybe I shouldn't have, but, I expected better instructions, better fit and finish. I now realize now that the grill costs $130, and maybe I expected too much, but, I struggled putting it together because the instruction book had awful illustrations and way to many different sized nuts and bolts. I hope my opinion changes once I get used to cooking on it. The grill is fairly heavy and not as mobile as I hoped because the only way to move it is to grasp the shelf on the left side of grill and it obviously isn't designed for this. Overall disappointed. Should have bought a Weber Kettle grill.

This grill and the instructions were terrible! I am just not satisfied with this thing and wish I had really put a lot of thought into this. Live and learn!

I bought this grill loving the design, an size for my family, the put together of the grill was ok about an hour to set it up, mind you I did it alone. The disappointing thing was after 3 months the inside tray that holds the charcoal would bend, an actually began to rust. The end of the tray by the end of the season fell off the tray, an now the build up makes the tray unslidable but the rest of the grill is in perfect condition. I have been looking for a replacement tray, but I haven't been able to yet. It's been over a year I have been looking...

Bought this about a month ago and have grilled on it 4 times. The overall structure is light gauge metal, definitely not more than 18g - likely 20 or 22 and has already warped a bit from the heat with the grates in danger of falling off the guides onto the charcoal pit below. The charcoal pit/slide has also warped along the sides so it now snugs/scrapes along the guide slots when loading/unloading. Was hoping for a bit more durability from a basic design at $130.

I bought this and it was missing a part called and I still haven't received the part it's just the spring for the top chimney part so I didn't want to take it all apart and take it back just for that but I guess I should have.
