Maybe they're doing some behind the scenes work that I'm just not picking up on, but I haven't noticed any discernible difference in how my body feels so I'm not sure. Overall I probably wouldn't recommend, just based on my own experience.

When I had the opportunity to try Renew Life digestive aid I was happy to do so. It seems very gentle. I haven't noticed anything drastic, but it seems to help with the feeling of being over full. With that, I'm a fan of products that help with digestion and breakdown. Renew Life seems to fit that bill.

I tried for a couple of weeks and didn't notice much difference but I ate my guilty pleasure a Philly cheesesteak, which usually doesn't do well on my stomach after eating. With the Renew DigestMore Enzymes I had absolutely no stomach upset after my cheesesteak. I'm a believer this enzyme really, really works.

I was sure that since this product had peppermint and ginger that it would soothe my stomach. Unfortunately, I was only able to take two doses. The first time I had no problem, but the second dose really upset my stomach.

However, I think I need to give it more time and log what I eat along with the days I take it to see if the problems from certain foods improve. If we all ate clean and perfectly healthy, we may not need products like this but that is rare.
