I drank Lactaid skim milk for a few decades. I baked and cooked everything with it. I was completely satisfied with it. Then, early in 2014, I was diagnosed with Celiac! Since being on a gluten free diet, I have nearly no tolerance for lactose now. It is a major bummer. But, thank you that I could enjoy Lactaid for so many years! I was a milk lover. As I got older, my sensitivity became worse, so I stopped drinking milk. I even had to watch making recipes that contained milk. I live having the freedom to cook any recipe I want now! My only suggestion is could the milks be sold in quarts. Everyone else in my house can drink normal milk, so we end up wasting half the Lactaid.
