Being someone who is basically allergic to the world is always fun. I’ve been lactose intolerant since I was younger, and lactose has always been a go to, to try and minimize the effects of dairy, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Not only am I lactose intolerant, I also, love cheese and diary. So all the things I love, don’t love me back. For a lactose free milk, it’s not bad, slight taste difference, but not undrinkable. It comes in the same packaging as regular milk, so kids don’t really notice a difference, also the same texture, so unless you know it’s lactose free, it’s not a huge difference.

I was so disappointed that Lactaid milk did not work for me (even the tablets don’t work only sometimes and I need to take 2 instead of 1). Don’t know if I need something stronger or if it’s just their formula of ingredients. I gave it 2 stars though because my husband loves it and can’t be without it (it does work for him haha)

I'm very grateful for this product as I can't drink regular milk gives me stomach issues the taste is very favorable no to heavy for the gut the package good as is love the freshness not to heavy for your stomach as well I would say it's a little pricey but worth it really recommend the nutritions value wouldn't change it's perfect.

I tried this because milk was causing stomach issues and I thought 8t had something to do with lactose. While it did help me with my stomach it was just hard to drink. It tasted overly sweet, an unnatural sweetness for milk. I just could not handle that sweetness

I love this brand of milk. This milk is particularly sweet. That’s why I love this milk and I think this is way better than the regular milk. I love how it taste. I would drink this once a day. I also like adding this milk with cereal. I highly recommend drinking this milk. It’s so good. I would buy it again even though it’s kinda expensive.

When I first decided to find alternatives for regular whole milk my younger sibling told me about this and suggested I try it. We’re both lactose intolerant so I took their suggestion to heart. When I first started using this it helped a lot. It took a little while to get used to the taste because compared to whole milk it’s watered down. I was very impressed by the fact that it still tasted like whole milk though. After a while of using this the same lactose intolerance pains continued whenever I used this. I love need having to stop using it because of that. My sibling still swears by it though. Uses it for baking too. It was a nice transition from regular milk though.

Dear Lactaid, For many. many years I have suffered, horrifically, at the hands of milk. I had tried all those ''alternative'' milk-like products, and they have fallen way short of decent. Then, one day, I was at the grocery store, and I saw your product. I was blown away by the taste of it, as it resembles the real taste of real milk. i purchased a half gallon of Lactaid Protein Milk and was delighted that it has a longer shelf life than other milk. today I poured a bowl of cereal and although the carton says "best by Jan 26 25", it had spoiled. I love this milk but am now uncertain about its shelf life. I know this may just be a fluke, like a one time thing, but it was very disappointing.

This is my go-to lactose free dairy-based milk because it tastes just as creamy as the regular kind. Used it to bake and make mashed potatoes and didn’t at all affect the results. A bit pricey but it didn’t make my stomach upset like regular dairy whole milk does.
