I haven't open the Package yet to use it but i will so soon my wife goes back east on Vac ! Since she bought one a year ago from another Member Store it broke ! So that one she dont have to touch . I should it before she bought that one from another Source !

We just received this last week, so there is nothing long-term to report. I can say that it was received in excellent condition, and so far it works as advertised. The sensor seems to be set correctly so that it does not open from passing traffic, but is sensitive enough to open when you want it to. So far we are happy with the purchase.

I've been using it for about 1 month now and so far so good. Everything is working just like it should. It looks great and matches my stainless steel appliances. I couldn't find the 13 gallon in the stores and smaller ones were more expensive than what I paid. Very happy with my purchase.

I have 2 of these trash cans, one for trash and one for recycle. It's the best invention EVER! What did I ever do without. No more stepping on the pedal and have it not work, no more touching the top of the trash can and no more open trash cans! This is a fabulous product. I have told many people about this and 2 of my friends have jumped on the Touchless 13-Gallon Trash Can band wagon. Join in the fun with this not fuss, no muss trash can!

I bought this waste can after looking at a stainless steel step-can type that cost over $100.00. This product is cheaper, more useful, and just plain neat! It is so handy to have the can open when I have my hands full or dirty. Everyone who visits likes the high-tech can, and they often sneak out to the kitchen just to throw something away. The can is new to our house, only a week old, but it seems very sturdy. I think it will last a long time.

I have had a sensor trash can for over 10 years. My old one lid broke and needed replacing. This can works well if hands are full. All you need to do is motion your hand over the sensor and the lid opens and closes on its own without you having to touch it. A great product.

Bought this for my daughter for Christmas because she mentioned that she wanted a touchless garbage lid, but couldn't afford it. She was surprised and said that she really liked it. Of course, I gave her some other nice gifts too, not just a garbage can, LOL

The product worked fine and was convenient until about a year ago, when the "open" and "closed" buttons became damaged (plastic broke) from normal operation. In addition, sensor stopped working after a little over two years of use. If you are fine with spending the listed price on a garbage can with a two-year shelf life, you should find this product acceptable. In addition found that the warranty only covers the product up to a year from the purchase date. I do not find that to be a long time for a product at this price point.

Have been looking for one of these for a while. Its features match what we were looking for: automatic sensor, brushed stainless look w/black trim, and narrow profile front to back, without a lot of extra space taken at the rear by the mechanism (in fact none). Can't speak to durability, although it has worked flawlessly for a month, and it seems to be made of sturdy stuff. And you can't beat the price. We're very happy.

I bought this trash can for my mom, she has wanted a stainless steel trash can since we've lived in our new house. I opened it before Christmas to make sure it wasn't damaged and to see if it worked. The box appeared rather small so I assumed the trash can would be little. The trash can is not small after you attach the lid it looks like a normal trash can. The lid is plastic, but it seems to be durable. Over all I'm satisfied with the product.
