The active ingredients trigger uncontrolled plant growth that causes the weeds listed on the label to die. You should notice the weeds begin to curl and yellow a few days after application due to this excessive growth. The weeds will die within a 2-to-4 week period, depending on temperature conditions. When applying, the lawn must be wet for the product to stick to the broadleaf weed leaves. The product must remain on the weed leaves for 24 hours. After the first 24 hours, the product must be watered in. For broadleaf weed control, temperatures must be consistently (several days in a row) between 60 and 80°F. For listed grassy weeds to be prevented, this has to be applied before the target grassy weeds germinate. We want you to be confident in our products.
