Bought this product last season due to a wood sorrel invasion. Worked great did the job so I bought it again this year. This season not so great, applied as directed, greened the lawn. Did nothing to the weeds. Did like Scott products so I guess it back the Halts spring fall weed and feed cycle.

Last time I ever buy Scott's anything. This product should never have made it to market. The clumps prevent the spreader from dispersing it evenly. I have no idea how much went where. For the price paid this is a rip off. I would be better off hiring a company to do it. You really dropped the ball on this one.

Very happy with the results. Saw results immediately. I actually applied at night when the grass was dewy. Early Spring grass looked great, thick and green. Had some weeds, but not has much as the year before. Haven't reapply for early Summer due to it hasn't rain here in lower WI. Didn't want to fry the grass now that it's getting brown. Hopefully, It will rain eventually and the grass comes back. Then I'll reapply to kill remaining weeds and keep crabgrass under control.

I have applied Scotts products to my lawn for 14 years. This product was by far the worst in terms of caking. It made it almost impossible to apply properly using a Scotts Elite rotary spreader. My lawn is roughly 2/3 acre, and typically works just about perfectly for 2 bags of 14,000sf Turf Builder product with that spreader. Despite constantly trying to break up clumps by hand (using gloves), and bucking the spreader, it never applied with the proper flow rate. Pebble sized clumps still clogged the in-take, even after opening from the prescribed 3 1/4 setting to 3 1/2. In the end, the one 12,000sf bag applied across the full lawn, which I know means I wasted my time. I think the product is too finely ground, and that promotes the caking, but that's just an opinion.

My yard is tough to keep healthy because of the tree cover and what I thought was bad soil. Used Scott's triple action for the first time this spring and it looks just like the picture. I have never tried fertilizing my lawn on my own before and I'll never pay anyone to do it again

I've read many of the reviews the past 2 years, and been using this product on my yard at the same time. If you read the directions, and use some common sense, there's not another product on the market the can hold up too Scotts Triple Action!! I had sprayed my yard for 20 plus years, and thought that did a good job, until I made the switch!! Thank You!

What has happened to Scott's weed & feed? Scott's Turfbuilder used to be my go-to, especially your weed & feed brand. But weed control results from my latest 2 application were horrible. Don't bother with your stock reply (sorries). Just get back to basics with the weed-control formula you used to make.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I applied in late May, the winter took a toll on our lawn here in the Michigan woods and I wasn't t sure it'd recover but it did beyond our expectations. My spreader had a glitch and I ended up with a couple stripes that were chocked full of weeds but either side of the stripes is deep thick grass totally free of weeds

Like all of you I'm sure I always have the best intentions for my lawn. Early fall I always get down the turf builder with crab grass preventer. I never seem to follow up with the second feeding as well as I hope too. This year the steady 3 - 4 weeks of solid sunshine and little rain took a toll on the grass. It was thinning, clovers came in thick, and there were burnt dry spots. I bought this product cause I'm a big believer in Scott's and boy was I impressed. I did put a slightly heavy layer down due to having extra after first pass and no where to store the bag. My grass has recovered and clovers are gone. It is thick, green, and mean. I also slightly bumped up the watering to 3 times a week. This product is a great investment if you want a good thick green lawn. I highly recommend and will always be a Scott's buyer.

Triple action is the right name. I could not detect an order either. And it being safe for people and pets after application is a plus.
