[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bed is incredibly comfortable. The top is soft like a pillow, but the whole mattress feels firm. The pattern on it is cool but doesn't really add anything to the performance of it. This is a perfect choice for back sleepers or those who sleep on their stomach. Amazing product with an amazing quality feel to it.

We got a new mattress and after much deliberation, went with a Serta. We have no more back or hip pain when we wake up in the morning, it has great support, and I haven’t slept this great in years. This mattress is so comfortable! Perfect amount of softness on the top to support my curves with great firm support beneath. I am just giddy to climb into bed each night. I don't know why I didn't buy a new mattress sooner. I had no idea what I was missing!

Love this mattress. Beautiful design and very comfortable. It has good support and a lovely cushioned top. Independent coil design with five comfort points is ingenious. We looked at every other brand, and this mattress was by far the best-designed and most competitively priced one we could find. Highly recommended.
