i was charged the 108. for the tv and 113 for the tv here both amounts were taken out of the account that is jus wrong and robbery i can not stand it i will not be making any further purchases from Walmart ever again and will be letting others know about this

No surprise gift

I ordered this as a gift so it would not be delivered in its original box. I even had it sent to myself so my husband wouldn't accidentally open it. Imagine my SURPRISE and DISAPPOINTMENT when my husband and I arrived home, and there sitting on our porch was his TV, in its original box, no outer wrapping. So disappointed with this Wal-Mart blunder. I am usually very happy with Wal-Mart deliveries, but not this time.

Excellent picture quality and fast streaming

This Roku TV is an overall great TV, and well worth the price. The picture quality is crystal-clear if you use streaming, or anything with an HDMI connection. Things like a non-HDMI cable/satellite box, or a VCR will not produce a high quality picture, but they're never expected to, especially on HDTVs. The streaming is smooth and seamless. Videos load within about three seconds, with no buffering or random disconnecting. The speakers are decent, especially for such a thin TV. I only have to adjust the volume ±10 between external devices and streaming. The only noteworthy exception is Netflix; the volume does have to be turned up high in order to hear it well, but about 50-70 will sound loud and clear in my case. I've never had to get it up to 100, and I almost never have to get it beyond 20. The wide variety of connection ports this TV supports will work great with almost every entertainment center, as they support both HD and SD devices, and even a USB flash drive. All in all, this is a quality TV, and a steal for the price. I highly recommend it.

Don't waste your money! Died after 10 weeks

What I dislike about this TV is that it just died and it's too late to return it. I just bought it on 12/29/22, it was delivered on 12/30/22, and it stopped working 3/11/23. The return window ended 1/29/23. This is ridiculous and unacceptable! It was for a spare bedroom, so it was only used once or twice a week for less than an hour each time. The other two TVs in the house were purchased over 10 years ago and they still work just fine even though they're used on a daily basis. What a ripoff!

Volume issues

When using applications such as Netflix and Amazon Prime, the volume is very low. Volume has to be set to almost 100 to hear clearly. Philips has told me that this is "normal." When using satellite TV, volume is as expected. While I disagree that an application impacting volume so dramatically should be considered normal, the picture quality is excellent. The only other mild complaint is the remote control design. It is very easy to accidentally mute the television due to the location of the button.

bad

I bought the tv as a gift to my girls(4,7) tv hasn't been out the box on the wall for a month and has already stopped working. It wont turn on when it turns on the remote wont work properly. A real headache at this point. Problem started after 3weeks

The worse delivery ever!!!

My tv was not delivered in a discreet box everyone in my building could see it was a tv. My neighbor ring camera caught someone trying to take it! Thank God it alerted them and they scared the person off! Why would you not deliver something like this is a more discreet box? Also there was a tear in the box!

Review not about the quality of the TV. This review is about the CARELESS AND INCONSIDERATE DELIVERY! The TV, which is to be a gift, was left in full view on my steps at 11:00 p.m. at night when I was out of town during Thanksgiving weekend! I returned at 5:00 p.m. the following day, so it sat outside in the chilly, damp air most of the night and out in the direct sunlight most of the following day! It's a wonder that the TV was still there! Hopefully it still works and doesn't have a shorter life due to dampness!
