I didn't know that I had ordered this TV? I honestly think that I had accidentally hit the ad to cart button because when I got the TV I THOUGHT it was a mistake? I'm sure that I never meant to order It?I have a REALLY GREAT LG 46" T V in my living room!! %26 IF I EVER Do decide to order another TV it will be a BIGGER One not a Smaller one!? %26 It'll be a n LG like the one that I have now because I really am quite satisfied with ot. I love the sound, I love the dize. (but I would order a bigger one for the front room!?). ( I fo have a 55" Samsung TV that I bought in 2014 after my husband passed away %26 I got it from Nest Buy ,%26 I was sure that Samsung was SUPPOSED to be one of the BEST BRANDS that you could get!? Well, I was definitely wrong! I was living in a small apartment at the time %26 the living room wasn't very big, %26 the sound that came from that TV was LOUSY IN THAT SMALL LIVING ROOM!? SO I THEN WENT OUT %26 SPENT SOME MORE MONEY %26 INVESTED IN A SURROUND SOUND WITH A SOUND BAR %26 2 SPEAKERS %26 A BOOM BOX. %26 GUESS WHAT!? THE SOUND STILL SOUNDED TINNY SOUNDING. IT DIDN'T SOUND LIKE THERE WAS ANY BASS TO IT AT ALL? I COULD BARELY HEAR IT OR UNDERSTAND WHAT ANYONE WAS SAYING NO MATTER HOW MUCH I TURNED IT UP OR DOWN!? IT JUST SOUNDED TERRIBLE. SO I GAVE YHE SURROUND DOUND SYSTEM TO MY SON! I DIDN'T HAVE ANY USE FOR IT. IT MADE THE TV SOUND WORSE. SO WHY BOTHER? SO NOW HE STILL USES IT. %26 HE'S USING IT. ON MY 56" TV IN HIS LIVING ROOM BUT HIS APARTMENT IS SMALLER THAN MINE WAS!? IT DOES SOUND BETTER. BUT IT STILL DOESN'T SOUND AS GOOD AS IT SHOULD FOR BEING A SAMSUNG TV. ITS NOT LIVING UP TO THE BRAND NAME %26 I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING WITH THE BRAND NAME OF SAMSUNG. EVER AGAIN. I WOULD MUCH RATHER BUY FROM LG BECAUSE I'VE BEEN SO SATISFIED WITH MY 47" LG TV THAT I'VE HAD SINCE I BOUGHT IT AFTER MY HUSBAND PASSED AWAY IN 2014. I BOUGHT IT ST A STORE IN A STRIP MALL IN MISHAWAKA, IN. BUT THE STORE WENT OUT OF BUSINESS A FEW YEARS LATER. %26 I EVEN GOT A ,$100.00 REBATE WHEN I PURCHASED THE TV %26 I PAID CASH FOR IT. %26 BACK THEN THERE WEREN'T THAT MANY FLAT SCREENS OUT YET. THAT WAS THE SECOND ONE THAT I HAD PURCHASED THE FIRST ONE WAS A ZENITH. %26 IT WAS A 32" %26 IT WAS OVER $850.?? %26 IT WENT OUT ON ME ABOUT THE 3RD MONTH THAT I HAD IT %26 I COULDN'T FIND THE RECEIPT RECEIPT SO I COULD GET IT FIXED FOR NOTHING BECAUSE IT HAD GONE OUT BEFORE THE WARRANTY HAD EXPIRED. %26 I COULDN'T REMEMBER WHERE I HAD PUT IT ? %26 THEN A FEW MONTHS LATER I WAS PACKING TO MOVE. I FOUND IT IN A DRESSER DRAWER %26 I EAS SO HAPPY BECAUSE THEN I COULD GET IT FIXED FOR FREE!? OK. I DID NOTICE THAT THE TV WAS A ", ROKU TV' "I ABSOLUTELY HATE ROKU TV!!". (I'M 70 YEAR'S OLD %26 HAVE A LOT OF ARTHRITIS IN MY FINGERS,/HANDS, MOSTLY MY FINGERS!! %26 JUST TEXTING IS VERY PAINFUL!? I ALSO HAVE CARPAL TUNNEL IN BOTH HANDS!). DO WHEN I SAW THAT IT WAS A " ROKU TV" I NEVER EVEN OPENED THE BOX! I HAD PLANNED ON CALLING WALMART %26 ASKING THEM, %26 EXPLAINING THAT IT MUST OF BEEN

Phillips No Longer Offers Quality!
I loved this television - for the month that it actually worked. It was fine in the morning but six hours later there was no sound. I no longer have the receipt and I didn't buy the extended warranty because I thought it would last at least a couple of years, not a couple of weeks. What a disappointment! My last Phillips television lasted more than twenty years - this is garbage!

Dont buy if you expect to plug into your cable line
If you relying on internet primarily for your entertainment then this is good for you. But if you expect to be able to use this without a cable box for the kids you are going to have difficulties. The remotes have no numbers to select channels and the channel scan doesn't pick up the channels.
Nice TV poorly designed remote
Sound and picture are nice, navigation is a little complicated and is not well documented in the quick setup guide, the main problem I have so far is the placement of the volume and mute controls on the side of the remote no one including myself can pick up the remote without muting or changing the volume this seems to me to be a poor design.

We just got this tv last sunday. I love it more rhen my smart tv in oir bedroom. We picked this one up for the grand kids play room. I will end up getting a soind bar for it. But that is only because it is close to our furnace /ac area. Other then that sound is great. Price was good too. Will be buying two more for xmas gifts. It was easy set up. Remote is noce and easy to use

Well it took sometime to figure out how it works 🤷🏽♀️ they was no book to follow anything but then once I figure out the tv was all in one just needed to login right. LoL well control was like a small puzzle lol it fit right in Parm of your hands tip have one place to put ít in your house when it not held or you will spend time looking all over for it and it will just watch you lol I enjoying My TV . They so much to choose from and the mail man when above and be on to get delivered cause I forgot to put on my notification so he brought it back the next day that made it great week day for Me. The price for the TV was good too. The best think Walmart did was brink everything on the same day at the samé time for the one big order that was awesome feeling to experience made me want to shop with Walmart again soon ☺️ TV view is great and the pictures ís awesome and if you don't have cable it can also work with your tv free services that you can connect and you can try out the network it price you can't beat it. Especial if you must watch your pennies

Very Disappointed ☹️
Bought this as a Christmas gift. We opened the box and threw it out. After putting the mounts on and placed it on the dresser, the tv fell off because the mounts had cracks in them. Walmart refused exchange or return without the box. Even if we had receipt. My 7 year old is so disappointed 😤😤 The tv is just fine. No breaks. We just wanted the mounts to sit it on her dresser.

Okay for the price!
Internal speakers are a joke, TV is 4 feet away and the volume control from 50 to 100 makes no difference in the loudness. I have to buy a soundbar and probably cables for connecting. No headphone jack to plug in stereo speakers. I could not use the apps on my cell phone like I should be able. I also bought another brand for my bedroom and even though less expensive is better picture and great sound.
Only had for 6 months and stopped working
We bought this TV for our daughter's room for Christmas and now it went completely black and will not turn on. It has hardly been used condsidering she still sleeps in our room. The TV was great while working, great quality, and the perfect TV for her.
Do not buy
DO NOT BUY! TV stopped working after only a few weeks. Won't turn on at all. Tried everything manufacturer suggested and still absolutely dead. I have never in my life written a bad review on anything. Will never by Phillips product again and will make sure everyone I know doesn't either. Absolutely discussed that I have wasted this kind of money as a single parent on very limited income!
