[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV was turned on and immediately setup began. This was the easiest new TV setup I have ever done. Picture quality is outstanding. The only issue is the picture does not go into Standby mode when using a Dish music channel. This could result in an image being left on the screen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This us the greatest television I have not only ever owned, but ever watched in my life. The all glass design does make it extremely fragile (which makes setup a bit stressful), but the outcome is a beautiful looking television! The picture quality is the best a screen can possibly get these days. I feel like last year's E8 had better sound, but you can get over that by purchasing a separate sound system. Well worth the price!

The TV picture is awesome. It's operation is very good, love the voice control. The sound is also good. The large glass frame the TV is built on is a problem, difficult to move. The glass cracked on the bottom left corner after 2 months since purchase, it only has about 1/4" bottom clearance. Terrible design. I still give the TV 4 stars because I love the picture. But I would not buy it again. I would buy the "C" model and connect it to a sound system.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this TV 3 weeks ago to replace a similar sized 9 year-old plasma with a dying screen. I loved the picture on the plasma. The OLED picture is better in almost every way. Easy to set up. Looks great with a bias light behind it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this TV just over a week and a half, what an awesome picture that make everything so life like and colorful. This is our first LG TV with the OLED feature that is truly outstanding. We would highly recommend this TV to anyone interested in the OLED feature.

First and foremost the picture on this tv is amazing. I purchased the E model for the built in speakers but they fell short of expectations. I just installed the LG soundbar and now the sound is as amazing as the picture. My only real disappointment is the remote. I actually really like how the pointer works but there is one drawback for me. It does not work very well at all on my cable box. I love the idea that I can choose my favorite cable channels and they are stored for me on the tv and accessed with the remote. Unfortunately when I select the cable channel I want it usually does not change the channel or it goes to a completely unknown cable channel. Sometimes it works great but not very often. This is extremely frustrating so I have given up on using the remote when watching cable. It does work FLAWLESSLY when using any streaming apps. (Hulu and Netflix)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm fairly happy with my purchase. The only issue I have faced is when connecting additional streaming devices such as Roku. There seems to be a conflict and it disconnects my WiFi, and gets stuck on loading, even though it's also connected via Ethernet cable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A year ago I bought a 65 inch LGOLED TV, model E7. I thought that was the best picture you could ever get on a television. Recently I bought the 55 inch LGOLED TV, model E8 for an office space in my home. It is by far the best picture quality that I've ever seen, even better than the E7 set and as good as the 9 series sets. In addition the sound system is incredible. I had an opportunity to buy the C9 55 inch model at a lower price, a set that reportedly gives a higher quality picture, but I could not see the difference. I felt that the sound system with the one that I did buy is better for me, plus I do like the glass screen since it's easy to take care of. While these OLED sets tend to be more expensive, the picture quality is second to none and I don't think I'll ever need to buy another television based on the quality of LG products. Set up with he 55 inch set was remarkably easy, since all the instructions came bit by bit on screen giving me choices that were easy to make. At the end, it had me easily connect to my Wi-Fi system and then told me I was ready to watch. I am easily frustrated when I have a manual that tries to tell me how to do that. All in all, this is an incredible television set!

The picture is absolutely SPECTACULAR with the most gorgeous colors i've seen on any other TV. It is Pefect and I know i'll be enjoying this for many years.
