[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered this product for all of the features it included including improved picture quality. Setup was a drag, as it is not intuitive. Default setup made me very disappointed. Finally was able to drill down to brightness and contrast controls to get my ideal picture. I still cannot find those controls again. It was easy t add to my WIFI, but not so easy to discover my STB. Antenna TV programming appeared very easy, but I do not use it. Also, I do not understand the extra 2 inches of glass at the bottom of the screen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've now had this TV for two years and the picture quality is so consistently excellent. The deep black background brings out amazingly rich color contrast and picture quality, even though most of the time I am not displaying 4K video (i.e., cable TV). In 4K, it is like being there. As an added bonus, on most content the built in speakers will project the sound much like the effects of surround sound. I only have one qualifier: the bland picture quality that the TV displayed after installation looked nothing like the display model I saw. At first I thought it was a defective model, but after several days tinkering with video settings, I happened upon the energy saving feature. When I turned this feature off, the TV came alive!

From HD TV, Playstation, Apple TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, the resolution is simply stunning. Not to mention the floating design if the glass TV. You will pay for a absolutely out of this world picture. Black rendering is just that, totally black which provides amazing contrasts. The color rendering, the HDR mode, the Dolby sound, the build in software and OS, nothing is missing. Once an OLED, always an OLED!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this TV because we thought the sound was excellent. Since we have had the TV the sound has deteriorated to the point that we had to install a sound bar. Also LG does not support some of the new premium channels.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my LG E8. I game on it, watch movies and Tv. It was a little rough at first because I bought an open box and it had some issues however LG replaced the panel for me. I love the TV and would buy another OLED in a heart beat.

This TV is really great. I upgraded it from 11 years old LCD, so this is a huge difference. Th video is so impressive especially watching 4K contents. I am not thrilled when it comes to sound, but it is not too bad. Overall I am very happy with the purchase!!!

The colors are amazingly brilliant in a bright or dark environment. The sound is magnificent with a surround sound effect. The glass display gives the tv an elegance unsurpassed by a regular panel. It is thin which also contributes to the elegance and beauty of the product. It has apps and features which I have yet to explore, but look forward to the experience. The magic remote is easy to understand and makes navigating easy. I look forward to re-watching movies I own, along with new 4K movies. I am glad I researched and waited for a price drop, before purchasing, which makes the experience much more pleasing! I will enjoy much time spent watching shows, sports, and movies, on this wonderful TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an earlier version of an LG OLED curved TV that was fantastic, I decide to give it to my daughter and grandson and bought this OLED. It is the best picture of any TV I have ever owned and the glass frame looks fantastic in our living room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love everything about this TV. First off, it's beautiful even before you turn it on. The glass makes the picture look like it's floating above the stand. Second, it was so easy to set up. I have my home theater set up for the TV to do all the upscaling and the picture is amazing on streaming and DVD's. The picture from my cable box is so-so, but there's only so much you can do with that signal. The colors are so good, but my favorite thing is how black the blacks are. 4K is so clear and sharp.
