Disappointed overall.

Bought my first box (new to me at my SAMS - trying the first bag of mix - I am disappointed. Yes the cookies flattened more than what the box photo shows. I placed them on a never stick foil though, this might have lead to their flattening? I will try the next bag of mix - on a cookie sheet pan without the foil. The taste isn't bad, and it sure is easier then making the recipe from scratch. I was looking for a more chewy cookie, and these are not that.

Flat hard cookie

Not fluffy like pictures show. Followed directions and cookies came out flat. Going to lower the temp maybe. I've made these before from scratch extremely disappointing

VERY DISAPPOINTING

I bought this kit to make with my twin grandkids while they were visiting this weekend. They are 5. They did have fun making the cookies but the dough was not real firm, when baked they went flat, taste nasty old. Trying to add photo and it keeps showing error.

Good flavor, but just make a mess

Use the scratch recipe, this mix is really disappointing. The cookies either flattened right out or just crumbled as soon as you put the chocolate kiss on. I used every bag in the box and just ended up with a box of crumbs which I did not want to serve to Christmas company. Switched to the old, scratch recipe and everything worked fine.

Cookies flattened like pancakes

I usually make these homemade but decided to purchase when I saw these at Sam's. I followed all the instructions and rolled out cookies 22 like it said and they flattened like pancakes in the oven. They look like sugar cookies that I placed a Hershey kiss in the middle of, just stupid. DO NOT BUY!

One of the best box cookies ever!!!!

I made these for friends and my grandkids, and they were so on point!!! The flavor was great and tasted a lot like homemade.

Kisses?

Like others dough was pretty moist. Put in fridge for an hour but still seemed very soft/wet. The biggest issue is says makes 22 cookies. Only 15 kisses in the pack I used.

The batter is too runny and the cookies just spread out flat. I won't be buying these again.
