I could not give this TV top marks because of the remote. It has been streamlined down to absurdity. Examples: volume control is reduced to one toggle switch which also mutes the sound very easily if you aren't careful, changing stations is a multi-step process (3 steps to be exact), and the most annoying of all is the fast forward, rewind on screen toggle switch which doesn't stay on the screen long enough. I'm able to get around most of this nonsense by using my Directv remote for everything but sound, Amazon and Netflex. Otherwise the TV itself has a wonderful picture, good viewing from all angles, great connectivity to my WiFi, and was easy to set up.

Went from a dorm-room 17" screen to the 50" and will never go back. Incredibly clear display quality with solid sound and barely noticeable lag in on-screen motion in comparison to other carriers. All the features of a UHD smart TV are easily accessible as well. Very competitively equipped for the price point.

Beautiful picture. Despite having a larger diagonal picture area, the TV took up less space than my previous 40" set. Love the remote. Very simple design - it's multi-functional without an excessive amount of buttons you would see with other remotes. The sound wasn't very good. I bought a sound bar to make up for the lack of base in the TV's speaker system.

This is our second Samsung UHD 4K TV, we purchased a 55" about 2y ago and now got a 40" both of the same model and found them great , the sharpness of the picture, the vivacity of the color, the weight and shape make it truly convenient and easy to carry, it is also easy to set up thanks to the clear directions provided in the manual not forgetting Samsung remote customer support, we can not be happier, so thanks Samung who are staying behind their name, they are really reliable .

This TV is the best one I bought so far. The picture is great and the color is fantastic. The smart remote is unbelievably great and easy to use. It has WI-FI capability which is great and you can get remote support from Samsung Tech service on your TV remotely.

Our third major Samsung product and as usual very satisfied. Great clear picture and easy setup out of the box. Speakers need to be supplemented with a sound bar but that's typical of flat screens. A little hazy on instructions for setting up an xbox one properly but a minor concern. Very happy so far and has been combined with DirecTV 4K genie system for a great picture and depth of color.

I purchased the TV and found the ease of setting it up wonderful. The quality of the picture and the efficient remote system are a big plus for me. I am very happy with the purchase and I would recommend this product to everyone. In addition, I have had great experiences with other Samsung products and am extremely pleased to do business with this company.

This model replaced my near top of line 65" Samsung that died after 27 months. I went with another Samsung anyway because I like the HBO Go app. Lo and behold, this model doesn't support this app despite the app appearing in the app window. What? Really? Waiting to see if I will be returning --- have 90 days to make that decision. So if this app is important to you, do your research since I've learned that not ALL Samsung TV's support this app. The picture is good though -- streams 4k content on Netflix nicely.

Wow! The picture on this television is AMAZING. We upgraded from a slightly smaller HD, to this UHD. It's incredible. Easy setup. Not many adjustments necessary out of the box. The remote takes a little getting used to. So far, can't say enough good about it.

Purchased this tv after researching for a secondary tv for primarily gaming. This tv, was recommended for gaming due to its low lag time. I was looking for something that wasn't to expensive. Found a great deal on this. When brought home I was very impressed with its features and performance. Would recommend this TV.
