We bought this Samsung 60" smart 4k UHD tv as a holiday gift for my husband who wanted a somewhat larger tv for our bedroom. He has seen these new 4k tvs for a few years now, and asked for one. It has an amazing picture and human eyes with 20/20 vision don't see as well as what that tv displays!! It is perfection!! We haven't as yet tried out all the apps and other "bells and whistles", but I'm sure we will. It was a very easy set-up ( attaching the base to the tv) and then just plugging it in to cable hdmi and turning it on. We've owned several Samsung products and preferred this brand over others for many, if not most of our electronics.

Set up was easy. The picture is amazing. The sound is good. I am not a computer or tech savvy person and I was able to get this TV up and running without any hiccups in under five minutes. The only item that is a tiny bit inferior is the remote but I haven't found it to be as difficult to navigate as other reviewers. I think it's design is very simplistic and that seems to go against the grain of this high tech device. It takes some getting used to but I think that's the case for every new device's features. My Samsung Blu Ray remote automatically worked with this device - I didn't have to pair it. The picture is amazing. I am very thankful for the black Friday deal I found. I put in an old DVD that is not a blu ray disc and was amazed at how things came to life and had so much definition. Great job, Samsung!

The tv is really nice and light and looks great. The remote works fine with the other components that i needed to integrate. It takes about 20 minutes to set up all the features. Make sure you have all passwords ready for e-mail and cable accounts for easier set up. I had a small glitch with my remote after about 2 weeks. I went to remote support and they were able to work me through it in about 20 minutes. Great buy and i'm enjoying a crystal clear picture witch has many options for screen applications (sports,movie,standard,enhanced)

I purchased this 4k tv three weeks ago and love it. The picture is outstanding even when you are viewing it from a angle. The set up was very easy as well as user friendly. The only downside to this product is the remote which is not user friendly or worthy of this product!!

When I saw this unit in the store, I did not set my hopes so high due to the price tag because I was just out for the bare minimums (4K+HDMI inputs), however to my amazement and surprise, this model exceeded my expectations by far. The colors/brightness, quality and features are amazing!!! With the smart features, I was able to get things going within 5 minutes and it had some features I was not even expecting like DLNA client and useful Apps, all organized extremely well through the menu. Its been a week since I've been using this unit which replaced a smaller unit and I am still in a state of awe - thank you Samsung.

This smart TV is amazing. One remote for everything with minimal buttons... WHAT?! Navigating through cable, DVD player, and NETFLIX, etc. with this simple, sleek remote is so easy. We have watched action, horror, and comedy movies as well as football, and the picture/sound quality is on point. We played around with the settings for picture and sound and found what works best for us. The picture is crisp and clear. Colors are vibrant. Sound from the TV itself is clear. We may upgrade to a sound bar, but at this point definitely not necessary. Good bass for TV speakers! Between the UHD (which we have) and the SUHD, I'm pleased with the quality this 55" TV gives us!

This television is awesome. Picture quality and options available to control picture in various lighting automatically amongst other features makes it a great choice. This was a great value! I would recommend this TV to anyone and have already supplied the SAMSUNG link to several friends.

I have bought several other tv brands and Samsung is the brand that my wife and I have decided is the best. The picture is great and the design is good, it's a 60" flat screen, a flat screen is a flat screen. It was very easy to set up. We also bought a Samsung soundbar and it too was very easy to set up and it sounds really good. We will always buy Samsung products whenever possible.

This TV has all the features that I want (apps, internet access, quick and easy menus). The clarity and definition of the images are amazing. The sound is also very good and I'm very glad that I got it. It is also lightweight and easy to connect to the rest of the sound system.

I have no complains with TV features and visuals. They are great. The only problem is that i have to continue using 2 remotes. 1- TV remote 2 - Comcast Set-top box remote I cannot make TV remote as universal remote (which is a very common feature across brands). Interesting thing to know is that Comcast Set-top box is also made by Samsung. Both the items (TV and the Set-Top) were manufactured in 2016. So none is obsolete to other. The customer care did all they could and finally acknowledged, the problem is with their software.
