Love 25 things about this TV.... what an upgrade from our 10 year old 720p TV. 1. Weak Speakers.... I cannot seem to connect my 10 year old stereo system to the TV to get sound through my stereo. I need to call tech support. 2. Black Screen Lines - There are some faded white vertical lines when the TV is in between shows when there is a black screen background. They for the most part, go away the show or movie comes on. I don't think this is normal. Again... I need to call tech support. 3. Remote - TV did not come with a 'Smart Remote' - but yet is says you need one to set up the 'Smart TV' features. I called Tech Support and they said for me to just buy one on the open market or from their parts company J&J. Love the TV and hope to own it for another 10 year span!

We've had Samsung TV's since 2003 and never been disappointed. This unit solidifies my Brand Loyalty to Samsung's TV product line. This 55 inch - 4K UHDTV SMART LED is the best we've ever had in regards to picture, color spectrum, sharpness and endless options with all the SMART TV functionality. I'm very pleased with this unit as it replaced our Samsung 40 inch - LCD HDTV that we bought in 2005. I would, and have already, recommend this TV to anyone in the market to buy a new one.

4K and Ultra HD are great. What a difference from my old HD tv. I would highly recomend a Samsung 4K tv. Called customer service twice...very professional, did not have to wait and answered my questions. Have had the tv a month and I am very satisfied.

This model replaced my near top of line 65" Samsung that died after 27 months. I went with another Samsung anyway because I like the HBO Go app. Lo and behold, this model doesn't support this app despite the app appearing in the app window. What? Really? Waiting to see if I will be returning --- have 90 days to make that decision. So if this app is important to you, do your research since I've learned that not ALL Samsung TV's support this app. The picture is good though -- streams 4k content on Netflix nicely.

Beautiful picture. Despite having a larger diagonal picture area, the TV took up less space than my previous 40" set. Love the remote. Very simple design - it's multi-functional without an excessive amount of buttons you would see with other remotes. The sound wasn't very good. I bought a sound bar to make up for the lack of base in the TV's speaker system.

This product has great features. This was my first 4K TV and had reviewed several other product before choosing the 50" Samsung Ultra HD 4K TV. It was easy to set up and I liked the smart remote. Sound clarity is very good. Overall the TV is very good :)

Every device I own is Samsung and I wouldn't trade them for any other brand. When we purchased this TV it was easy to set up, took less than 2 minutes. The picture is beautiful, the apps are quick and easy to access, and the smart remote is awesome. The smart remote is simple and when you set the TV up the remote is so smart that it takes the place if the satellite remote as well!!! I can fast forward, pause, play, etc. with one easy to operate remote. Keep up the good work Samsung.

I couldn't wait to unpack my first smart TV. Very easy to assemble and set up. I was pleasantly surprised to find it automatically downloaded the ap on my wife's Samsung tablet. I was a bit anxious about a remote without a number pad, but this TV has lots of nice features and a smart remote that is easy to use after a little learning curve. It has a great picture and I like the various sound "equalizer" options. You can't go wrong with this TV!

I purchased the TV and found the ease of setting it up wonderful. The quality of the picture and the efficient remote system are a big plus for me. I am very happy with the purchase and I would recommend this product to everyone. In addition, I have had great experiences with other Samsung products and am extremely pleased to do business with this company.

Very good crystal clear pictures, easy to set up and navigate with the new remote. one very important thing missing is the audio output mini jack to hook up headphones, you can hook up headphones with a Bluetooth and that will disable the tv speakers. you can not have both on at the same time like my older Samsung.
