We have this TV only for two weeks. So far it works good but picture quality is difficult to adjust. Remote control sometimes is not working as intended to work. Smart features are easy to operate. Overall we are happy with this purchase and would recommend to anybody to get this product.

I have no complains with TV features and visuals. They are great. The only problem is that i have to continue using 2 remotes. 1- TV remote 2 - Comcast Set-top box remote I cannot make TV remote as universal remote (which is a very common feature across brands). Interesting thing to know is that Comcast Set-top box is also made by Samsung. Both the items (TV and the Set-Top) were manufactured in 2016. So none is obsolete to other. The customer care did all they could and finally acknowledged, the problem is with their software.

This television has a great picture that is bright and good depth of color. The remote control and user interface on the television are super simple and it does everything needed. The user interface is very snappy and doesn't normally lag. My only complaint so far is that the TV doesn't come with the four screws needed to use the VESA mount. The VESA mount I purchased had the right screws except they were too long, I had to use a hacksaw to shorten the mounting screws. VESA mounting screws sould be included with the TV.

This smart TV is amazing. One remote for everything with minimal buttons... WHAT?! Navigating through cable, DVD player, and NETFLIX, etc. with this simple, sleek remote is so easy. We have watched action, horror, and comedy movies as well as football, and the picture/sound quality is on point. We played around with the settings for picture and sound and found what works best for us. The picture is crisp and clear. Colors are vibrant. Sound from the TV itself is clear. We may upgrade to a sound bar, but at this point definitely not necessary. Good bass for TV speakers! Between the UHD (which we have) and the SUHD, I'm pleased with the quality this 55" TV gives us!

This television is awesome. Picture quality and options available to control picture in various lighting automatically amongst other features makes it a great choice. This was a great value! I would recommend this TV to anyone and have already supplied the SAMSUNG link to several friends.

Even though 4K broadcasts are not being received, the 4K UHD picture (and sound) are great. The remote is smart, but lacks the conveniences that we prefer of additional (conventional) buttons. Simplified is nice, but all the conveniences are not there without a lot more click, select, click, click, select, click, click, click (etc.). Thanks Samsung: Great product.

Bought this TV 1.5 years ago. Picture and sound are great but everything else is terrible. SmartHub doesn't consistently identity inputs and devices correctly. Any HDMI devices that go through my audio receiver or HDMI switch will not be identified correctly on the TV UI. Not very many app developers support the TV. Thus, the Smart TV functionality is basically useless. The universal remote is an absolute joke. There are times when I cannot turn the TV on or off. It's almost like the remote is not sync'd with the TV. Other times, I will raise the volume slightly and the remote will continue to raise the volume to full output. It's really awesome when the TV is 100% volume at 1 AM. Great for waking up the kids! The ‘universal' part of the remote is non-existent. It doesn't realistically work with any 3rd party devices. Rarely, the TV will randomly reboot. Other times, the TV won't recognize my AppleTV and I am forced to hard reset the device.

I really like the tv. It's easy to use. The remote is simple. It looks nice. The picture is great. My old tv had better sound but it's nothing a sound bar can't fix. But it keeps flickering every now and then and the store won't take it back and says it's a Samsung issue?

Just bought the 70" Samsung... it seemed easy to set up, but although it connected to our Wifi, we can't get Netflix to work. Keep getting an error code, and when I tried to research how to solve the problem, I'm faced with instructions that I can't follow because the menu options referenced in the instructions aren't there. Husband is frustrated with the remote. It can do lots of things, but he doesn't like having to push one button to get to an onscreen control (he's used to the DirecTV remote that has all the functions right on the remote). We would actually prefer to use the old remote, but we can't control the volume with it. Picture is good, nice and crisp. Had to turn the EcoSense off because we didn't like the darker colors when watching the TV at night (we don't usually have the lights on when we're watching at night, so the picture was pretty awful until we turned off the EcoSense). Sound isn't as good as what we had on our 10-year-old Mitsubishi. Sounds a bit tinny. While I know it's a way to save money, it would be nice if the full printed instructions were included with the TV, instead of having to find them on the internet.

The 4k picture is exceptional, the full web browser works very well, the Channel Guide is something that I was not aware of but is of great value. I also did not know about the extra button for each show and it is a very valuable feature. The set up was extremely easy.
