I was not prepared to purchase when I visited the store. I was looking for a larger size screen tv for a family member that they were having trouble locating. (same model). A manager did locate the other TV , and while I was there I decided to upgrade my own TV at home with this one.

This is our third Samsung product and we are very pleased with it. The last Samsung TV was a 50" DLP and we never changed the bulb in 11 years of owning it. We were told it would last 2-3 years. Great, great products from Samsung. I'm sure we'll have just as great service from our new TV.

bought this at 7pm on a friday nite had it up and running with all my apps by 815pm----- fairly easy to follow all commands---- luv the picture and sound==== the home button is a home run in making it easy to navigate( even the wife had no issues).one caviate wish the remote had more buttons otherwise a five star tv

The buttons and plugs on the back of the TV come with no instructions as to their use...but lots of labels. Ditto the control wand. I just realized how to mute by pushing DOWN on the volume button a few days ago. More technical info would be welcome.

I'm not sure how to hook up a Vizeo sound bar to TV. And it's not clear to me how to hook up devices to the HDMI plugs and Component In AV In. So I need to fine the manual online for more assistance or call support. The TV was very east to install and connected to the internet-wifi using directions on TV.

Our old TV was 12 years old and a projection TV. We decided to buy a new TV for our 51st Wedding Anniversary and we are so glad we chose this TV! What a difference from our old TV and with all the benefits of a Smart TV we just can't stop being amazed! We are old and the set up was sooo easy and the Customer support great!

The specs on the website advertise digital audio out capability, but only when you read the users guide do you find that digital audio out is only with 5.1 surround sound format. My hi-fi can't accept that. Very disappointed, but can't fault the TVs other attributes, hence the 'good' ratings

The TV is GREAT! Unfortunately I have a screw broken off in one of the holes in the base that connects to the neck PLUS i only received 4 screws and not the 8 screw (M4-L14) needed to connect the base to the neck and the neck to the TV. I called support to get another base and 4 more screws but they will only send me 4 new screws. I need 5 now actually since one broke off in the base. I need to call them back to get the one more screw. They said I can buy the base on samsung parts.com but the base is not on their site. I can't believe I paid almost a thousand dollars for a TV and can't even get everything that is expected in the box. Other than that, the TV is great.

Got the 60" for 897. plus tax 3 weeks ago. probably could have gotten it cheaper if I had waited. I wanted the 8000 series but it was 5 inches smaller and 229. more so I went with the 6300. Definitely a great upgrade from my 55" 720p plasma samsung. Im really enjoying this tv a lot. I do recommend this set. But i cant stop thinking if I am missing out on something not having the ks8000 . I have read the 8000 is a better tv. If you can find the size you want in the 8000 and have the xtra $, get the 8000. If you find a good deal and high dynamic range is not important to you, get the 6300 and you will be very happy.

I was excited to get this T.V. after years of waiting to upgrade. It did not disappoint, it looks amazing and the functionality is fluid. I'd eventually like to get its big brother for my living room! If your looking for a great experience and high quality Samsung T.V.'s are the best.
