I just purchased again!

This was original equipment on my 2010 Tundra, and it was used mainly for towing our 7000LB travel trailer. I just replaced with the exact same tire, I was very pleased to get 48000 miles from these tires with probably about 14-15000 miles of towing on them. The tires where very good in the rain and snow, and I went off road driving a few times with no complaints. many tires on the market where rated better and some even cheaper but why change a good thing??

I would buy this product again and again

I bought my F150 Lariat 4x4 new back in 2007. I have just reached a little over 70,000 miles on my tires and they now need to be changed. The tires are very quiet. My son loves them compared to the other tires that I had on another truck. You could hear me coming from a mile away LOL. These tires are very quiet, smooth running and have worn very well. I would highly recommend them. Thumbs up, Goodrich.

On the 3rd set of tires...

These tires have got to be the best tires for a heavy duty truck ever made! Truck is on it's third set as of 1 Aug 2017. These were the same tires that came with the truck when new. The originals got 74,927 miles out of them. Second set was purchased in May 2014 and those lasted 75,523 miles. 3rd set got a new set of wheels as well. So the real truth will be how well this combo lasts. Bottom line, these tires have performed EXCELLENT in all driving conditions from the mountains of Montana and Colorado to the daily desert highway driving and desert hills and mountains of Nevada. Rain or snow, they have performed great! The second set saw about 5000 miles of pulling a toy hauler. RECOMMENDATION: Please continue to manufacture these tires and consider larger sizes in a LOAD RANGE E. I would like to move up to a 285/70R17, but don't quite care for a mud or all-terrain tire.

Excellent high mileage tire

My 03 4x4 Excursion came with these tires OEM. Managed 98K on factory set and am at 98K on replacement set. And ready to buy a third set now. These are excellent all weather tires suitable for average use in light off-road applications. No serious road noise unless you wear the corners of the tires down prematurely.

Two Sets Down, Probably Go w/ Third Set

I am closing out my second set of these tires on a 2007 Toyota Tundra. Am seriously considering a third set because I have had good luck thus far. Have averaged 55K/set so far. I could run this second set a little further, but I think it makes sense to not push things from a safety perspective, particularly where wet road traction is concerned. I am a little concerned with some of the comments on this site regarding sidewall cracking, but I am pretty sure that I will once again choose this tire for my third set. I will definitely post an updated review if things don't work out well!

Overall pretty disappointed

I've always had pretty good luck with BFGoodrich tires until this set. I purchased a new 2014 Nissan Xterra and was initially pleased that it came with the Rugged Trails. However after my last oil change at the dealer, I was very surprised to hear from them that my tires were going to need replaced soon. I have 35,000 miles on these tires and normally rotated them at 10,000 mile intervals. I had expected to get at least 50,000 miles out of them so you can say that I'm a bit disappointed. I have ordered some BFGoodrich All-Terrain K/A KO2 tires as replacements but I'm having second thoughts.

So disappointed

I have had bfg's on every one of my vehicles and this has been the only product I have been truly disappointed in. Purchased with a brand new 15 titan for my commuter vehicle (5miles)and the tires didn't last 20k miles. I would expect that of a performance tire, but not this tire and what it's "designed" for.

worn out at 40000

I just got my 40000 mile service from my Ford Dealer andthe tech came out to tell me that my next visit, I should really think about buying new tires, because they were starting to wear really bad. I didn't believe him. One of the tires has only 25000 miles on it as the valve stem blew out and the tire disinegrated and had to be replaced. Even the replaced tire is worn to the point that after a couple rotations I can no longer tell which tire has the least amount of wear.

Less than favourable

I live and work in Canada's North. I'm lucky if 50% of my driving is on paved roads, and I consider the fact that these tires came from the factory as part of the "off road package" absolutely laughable. I can't count the amount of times that my 3/4 ton Ram has had to be pulled out of a soft snow covered shoulder beside the road... or a wet grassy lawn... or heaven forbid a sandy work site. It's embarrassing. When I DO venture south and finally get to a highway, they perform adequately. But for what I require out of a truck tire, they are, quite frankly, dismal.
