My all in one HP was so old it no longer worked with Windows 10. I ordered this hoping it was a good, affordable replacement & I could not be more pleased. Sam's shipped it very fast & was here within 2 days. I got it all set up & printing/scanning to both my iphone & computer in less than 30 mins. . I will agree with others here though that my only complaint is that it scans & feeds very slowly.

Much needed upgrade

This is such a difficult printer to use if you have a MAC computer. Tech Support took over 30 minutes to reconfigure how my computer has to “talk” to this Smart Printer. I have spent hours trying to make this thing work and I still hate it. I have to turn every document into a .pdf before it will even accept that there is a document to print. And it is painfully  slow to connect and wake up the printer to start printing. I hate it so much. It might just be me or the fact that I live in the country and have slow wi-fi, I want it to be like my old printer that just would print when you needed it to. Old hp printer wasn't smart but it sure was a work horse. Old printer was also wireless with zero issues. I cannot get ink for old printer anymore is why I tried to upgrade. A printer should print and not try to out smart the user.

I hate this printer- it must be too smart for me

Although physically larger than my previous printer It makes up for the size difference with a greater array of features.  Multi page copy feed, faster printing speed, document scanning, connectable with a Chrome book  and a larger exit tray(no more pages on the floor) are the enhanced features.
