Great printer for anyone that wants to just print 1 page at a time. The remote printing is a huge plus too if you don't need to attach it to your computer. The price was excellent too.

Every single time I try to print something, I have to reset this printer, run the troubleshooting software, etc. It is absolutely nothing but a hassle and I'm tempted to throw it off a bridge.

Setup was horrible. Once setup was complete I had high hopes of functioning correctly but disappointed. Every time I try to print I get a notification “busy”, I then have to unplug and reset. Highly disappointed.

I just received the printer yesterday. Setup is easy but printing is another thing. Everytime I try to print the printer says out of paper then finally once the printer recognize the paper it takes the all the sheets at once.

It is everything I expected with good quality.

As an older person it was hard to set up

This printer is very easy to set up and use. It is perfect for home use.
