The Open Run Pro=Awesome! My overall Hearing Loss makes it all ….Moot. I need the power that comes out of my no-name buds, to overcome my fairly serious hearing loss. Perhaps the New New open Run NON bone conduction would be my ticket! But my raggedy black Bart buds, from under the seat of the car, serve me best, until I become totally deaf.

Use as phone is excellent, microphone picks up well and calls come through clearly. Use as headphones for music is ok, not really comparable to a high quality in ear or over ear headphone. Volume isn’t there, clarity isn’t there, bass isn’t there. For use running they work fine, nice to have music in the background and still be able to hear what’s going on. They stay on quite well which is the biggest point in their favor.

I loved the idea of open ear listening and was eager to try these. My day consists of lots of walking so having the ability to hear surroundings was important. That part is fantastic! Several parts have fallen short and I am disappointed. First is that I was under the understanding that "bone conductive" meant that others wouldn't be able to hear my conversations but that isn't what I have. I have the open run pro. Additionally the sounds regardless of music or voice calls sound flat. Very basic sound. For the price I was really hoping for a sound experience.There also isn't good noise cancellation tech in these. I will keep them but just for when I do walking. I believe that the industry should standardize one type of cable. I am now carrying several cables just for charging. I don't like leaving negative reviews because our society usually only focuses on the negative but these are expensive and just wanted to share. On the positive side they are super cool and help me when I walks so I don't get hit by a car.

These headphones are GREAT!!! I got suckered into buying a cheaper brand (by fake reviews) and I was so disappointed. They stopped taking a charge after one use. Then I ordered the Shokz. The packaging was a sure sign of the quality I was about to experience. The feel, the sound, the charging system… everything is high end and top quality. I am so happy with my purchase. I’ve used them in pouring rain, high speed cycling, hot weather conditions, every scenario you can think of with excellent results. I replaced a pair of air pods with these and couldn’t be happier! Overall these headphone are great! Battery lasts a long time which is very important for me as I am using them all day long; sound is great, and they are comfortable. Sometimes I do see a bit of a connectivity issue here and there, but overall I am very pleased with my headphones.

This is my third set of Shokz bone conduction headphones. They are sooo Light weight. Very comfortable. Often I need to check to see if I'm wearing them. Unlike in-ear headphones, these allow hearing traffic which is important for walking and running. They maintain a good charge all day.

Battery life doesn't live through running a marathon in 5 hours. I bought these with excitement the week of and should have tested ahead of time, but they had a booth at the Pittsburgh marathon booth so figured I'd try. Nope- died at mile 22 for the hardest last miles of the marathon. Sound is great but don't buy if you are a long distance runner. Or a long distance traveler. Mine are dead yet again from a cross country flight.

Rests very easy around the neck when not in use, and rest very easily on the ears when used. Outstanding piece of kit, would highly recommend to anyone who wants an alternative to ear buds. They don’t cancel noise, but they allow you to hear ambient noise, which is quite useful. I also suspect they’re much better regarding hearing preservation.

I work as an on site Construction Project Manager. PROS: I’m able to hear ambient sounds, all the while answer phone calls and conduct business. It’s the best pair of headphones for answering phone calls while working. CONS: Not a good pair of music headphones, use others, for the music listening.

As someone that has used earbuds and headphones every day for over 10 years I can say these have been amazing and can't see myself going back to normal earbuds. I was also surprised by how well they work with glasses. I figured they would get in the way but my glasses sit comfortably next to them on my ears. Great product over all. A little pricey but well worth it for what I use them for!
