I love these headphones. They are more comfortable and I’m not afraid I’ll drop them. They last me all day at a 10+ hour shift at work. Charge quickly. Sound quality is good and I can still hear what is going on around me. Just be cautious when purchasing of where you purchase. They will try to find a reason that the 2 year warranty is not valid. The product is so good I even purchased again after having a minor issue and being told they would not honor the 2 year warranty

I originally ordered the Aeropex model. After wearing it for a couple of months, I realized that I would have headaches after not using them for a couple of days. I upgraded to the OpenRun Pro. I’ve had them for a month now and I’ve had zero headaches. The sound quality is great! I can listen to music or phone calls with perfect clarity. I don’t turn the volume up high (I have mild hearing loss) and it’s perfect volume for me. Anything higher will cause vibration in my ears, which would not only be annoying but dangerous for hearing. There have been several times that I forget I have them on; they are that comfortable. There would be one thing I would change but it’s definitely not a deal-breaker - I would have an “on” light when I’m not using them; sometimes I forget to power them down when I remove them. An “on” light would be a visual reminder to power them down. With that being said, the longevity of the battery is great. I haven’t measured the time but it lasts quite some time (I know that’s subjective). I wear glasses and have no issue wearing OpenRun Pro with my glasses. By the way, customer service is great! They came through for me with the headache problem.

Earbuds Airpods, anything that goes in the ear I can't tolerate more than 40 minutes due to pain. On top of that they fall out too easily and get lost. With my OpenRun Pros all the above is a non issue. What is an issue is they are so comfortable with clear sound, I forget I'm wearing them and walk out a range of my phone. Also, I wear specs and the OpenRun at the same time with no issue whatsoever. The controls are super easy for the senior citizen and that's important! I like things simple and I like them elegant... This grandma is rocking the pink and coral!

I tried a friends pair of Shokz headphones & I asked "what is this? Headphones not inside your ear? How's that possible. He explained to me that it worked with bone induction. They were so lightweight & comfortable. He had someone call him while I had them on. It was so clear to hear, & said that I've got to get a pair! He told me how he bought them so I ordered a pair & love them. Crystal clear sound!

I'm a multiple-version Shokz owner. Love the brand and the earphones. I have a new pair of Open Run Pros. All of the features and performance seem to be there for this version, but there are two spots where this model seems to lack the performance of past models. The two-mode EQ does not make the same difference when worn in airplanes or used in noisy environments. Older models of Shokz had 3-mode EQ to assist in delivering the bone-conducting sound. Second, the overall volume in this most recent version appears to be less capable. Recommend back to 3 or more EQ modes and increased volume. All that to be said, best open-ear product on the market.

They started out with great sound. However, this version of the openrun has small mesh and sweat tends to creep in after long use. Had no big problem before with just washing them out and giving them time to dry, but the sound quality has dropped and is specifically noticable with movies and podcasts, not so much with music.

Great sound when listening to music or podcasts. However it varies a bit when answering calls. In most cases the sound is great and the person on the other side can hear you perfectly. However there are time when it's difficult to, or the caller will mention you sound far away.

Happy with my OpenRun Pro headphones. Bought these mainly to listen to music when working in the yard and to replace the inoperable radio in my work trucks a few days a week. I mow, weedeat, and pressure wash with these around the house. With my protective safety earmuffs on and these, I can hear my music easily. It's a little harder to hear over the sound of the old Freightliner and Peterbilt trucks at work, but I adjust where they sit and make do. I obviously don't want to cover/plug my ears while CDL driving. Actually easier to hear in the front end loader than the trucks with the turbo whine. I can hear my music, directions from maps, calls, texts etc. Very pleased with my headsets.

For safely I've never run with ear buds. I used a vest and just played music on the phone. When I moved from WA state to Phoenix, I soon realized just how much heat that phone on my chest added to the already 90+ degree summer mornings. So I invested in an upgraded running watch that stores music and my Shokz. I absolutely love them!! I can still hear the birds chirping and the cars and talk to other runners and my music sounds perfect! It's almost weird how clearly I can hear both. I love how free it feels and even more important in this climate how much cooler I am without having my phone. Love Shokz will never go back!

The previous model was better with the volume and sound this model suck Anytime I’m talking to someone I can barely hear them and they can barely hear me the previous model I had I never had any issue like that , I would return this one maybe this one is defective and it cost so much I’m so disappointed !!!!
