This game has easy to follow instructions on how to play and addition to being really fun it is really funny and humorous too. Definitely a great fit for game night in my household. We played this the first time during a holiday game night with 9 adults and one teenager. This game was so much fun that we literally didn’t play any other game that night. We laughed for hours! The next night, my husband and I played it with our teenage sons and they had a blast also. I would definitely recommend Poetry for Neanderthals.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family had a lot of fun playing this game for family game night. My kids had a lot of fun hitting each other with the inflatable bat when someone would mess up. Sadly they destroyed the bat but the game itself is fun for the whole family.

This word guessing game is a fun timenfor the whole family. The point of the game is to have your Tam guess a word or phrase but you can only give one syllable clues. If you use more syllables, the opposing team gets to hit you with a blow-up club, which is my kids favorite part. It is easy to learn and games are quick. This will definitely be on the rotation of our family game nights.

It is not fast-paced but it leaves no time to "look at the phone while I wait for my turn" kind of game. It invites everyone to be clever and think in a different way, which on its own keeps that brain super active. Highly recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In a pandemic world, my boyfriend and I play a lot of board games. This one was harder than it seems, which was fun. But hitting each other with an inflatable club just wasnt our cup of tea. I gave it to my nephews. They like the club, but didn’t get into the game.

This game is lots of fun. It is like Password. You try to get your teammates to guess the word on the card. What makes this game extra challenging is you can only use words with one syllable. If you use a word with more than one syllable you get hit by the inflatable club . The game play says 15 minutes but you can keep going for a longer game & make it as long as you'd like.
