[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was used with a family member that has incontinence issues. We typically use the larger bulky absorbent underwear for day to day. This is more for the occasional outing where we want discretion. Fit seemed fine with a more dressier clothes and they seemed comfortable. We didn’t feel that it would have been as absorbent as we would need for a longer outing. But she seemed to be more comfortable with the lightness and breathable material.

I have dealt with leaking through pads no matter how absorbent they are. These underwear fit comfortably, more comfortable than a heavy pad. I am a size 10 to 12 in pants and these fit well. If I could go tell my younger self I would have used these sooner. They are also a must after giving birth, I wish I had them after my four kids.

They're made with a pad already in them and are easier than the regular way. Durable enough for what is a good amount of wear and absorbency. They're an upgrade and have a light scent. These are good for incontinence.

I tried these adult undergarments recently but would not purchase them for myself nor could I recommend them to others without giving my honest feedback. The truly feel like you are wearing an adult sized diaper. They do protect from leaks as the advertise but that comes at a price of comfort. I also feel, they are not environmentally conscious either. None of the materials come from recycled materials including but not limited to the packaging.

The size large fits comfortably without feeling bulky or tight. It stays in place all day and gives me peace of mind when I'm out and about. I recently had a few procedures that required bed rest, and I was not able to get to the restroom as fast as usual. These Always Discreet incontinence protection disposable undergarment were a godsend. They come in a case of 56, which for a caregiver is a good quantity, for the occasional need is plenty. This particular size is meant for people of size, XL fits 200-300lbs or size 20-26W. They fit comfortably, and I was able to get them on and off easily, like a normal pair of underwear. I didn't have any major issues but they seem like they would be very absorbent, they held up to everything my convalescing took to. I highly recommend these for anyone who might be having an issue, or for a caregiver who needs these for their patient. They do work well, a quality incontinence protection product.

I didn’t even notice she was wearing them as the other brand looked like she was wearing a bulky diaper. She was able to put them on and take them off easily. They absorb well however one night she did leak through.
