This underwear locks in leaks and odor with maximum protection. These are disposable pull up underwear and there is pink stitching, which indicates the backside. I selected the S/M size which is 2-14 size or 100-190 lbs. The box they sent included 56 briefs which was more than I was expecting. These underwear are lightly scented, however not too overpowering. The Always discrete essentials are not too bulky so you cannot tell that you’re really wearing them which is nice. They are FSA approved too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Opening the box I was surprised how soft the texture of the underwear was. They looked like they would fit well and provide all day coverage. I wear between a 10-12 and they fit a little snug for my liking. I had to keep pulling them down from being bunched up. They provided great absorbency and the crotch area stayed dry. The weather here was in the 90’s and I didn’t feel hot so I’d say they are rather breathable.

They're made with a pad already in them and are easier than the regular way. Durable enough for what is a good amount of wear and absorbency. They're an upgrade and have a light scent. These are good for incontinence.

It was comfortable and fits nicely, you don't see it bulge out (but that depends on what you are wearing). I wasn't itchy from wearing it for 7 hours and it was breathable. It absorbed well and I didn't have any leaks. I gave some to my mother, who is 80, and she wore it for a few hours longer. She absolutely loves it!
