It feels like normal underwear just a little hot in summer. It very effective on keeping leak away. I feel comfortable and clean at night with Always discreet essentials underwear.

While they were comfortable, and the absorbency was sufficient, the padding was a little much. I wouldn’t recommend wearing these daily, but if somebody was bedridden, these would be a good option.

There are light pink threads on the waistband as indicator of front and back side. I like that it has a large padded area on the back so I don’t need to worry about leakage when I sleep. These can be worn during the day too. They don’t look bulky under my clothes. There is a very light scent in them and it’s not overpowering at all. Overall a good quality product.
