The first thing I noticed was the comfort, they are very stretchy but fitting at the same time. The XL fits between size 20-26 perfectly! There are times that I cannot make it to the bathroom on time and these underwear are very absorbent and are great with wicking moisture away from your skin. It's great to know that I will be accident free as long as I have Always on!! These are very discreet too! You don't even notice that I'm wearing adult underwear!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although I don't suffer from bladder leakage on a daily basis, I do certainly have situations where I experience leakage when I'm running to the restroom. If I have a day where I know I'm in back to back meetings for hours on end, or when I have a short layover when traveling, I'll wear them. I find them to be mostly comfortable, however the high waist is a little too high for my liking. I've not fully urinated in them, but I can say that they work wonders for the urine that tends to leak when I'm bolting to the bathroom. They feel dry even after several leaks happen during the day, and I have never noticed an odor, even at the end of the day. I would give them a full 5 stors if they didn't feel so bulky and weren't so high waisted, but both those things prevent me from feeling comfortable wearing them.

The panties stretch and they fit my rear perfect but in the front I had to leave under my belly. Once I was wearing and got used to it they were comfortable and I am no.longer afraid of having an accident when I cough sneeze or laugh. The absorbency is fantastic. It just felt like I was wearing underware it was really airy and breathable. I will definitely buy these but I'm hoping there is a 4X if not these do the job and the security is worth a small discomfort.

I will admit i got these thinking they were an over night pad and thats what I used them for. All of us Mom's have "The Sneeze", the cough, the startle, the laugh.
