We love Sam’s cookie cakes, and this one was perfect! I ordered via the app and was worried it wouldn’t be ready at the designated time. There was no need to worry, as it was ready when I arrived. The colors were exactly as pictured. Best $19.99 birthday cake around!

The cookie cake was so cute ! Soft and delicious I asked for the icing to be out to the edge more though and it turned out just the way I wanted it !

The Hello Kitty Half Sheet Cookie Cake from Sam’s Club was the star of our celebration! The design was absolutely adorable, with bright colors and perfect Hello Kitty detailing. The cookie base was soft and chewy, with just the right amount of sweetness, and the frosting was creamy without being overpowering. It easily served a crowd, and everyone—from kids to adults—went back for seconds. Great quality and value for the size. I’ll definitely order again for future birthdays!

While the cookie cake itself was yummy, I did NOT receive this picture when I ordered it. I received a different picture completely that did not have Hello Kitty on it at all. The rings were present with Hello Kitty but the picture was NOT as shown online, in my order history, or in my confirmation email. When I showed the bakery that the picture was wrong, they were unable to assist or correct it because the baker had already left for the day, despite it being 1:30 pm on a Friday afternoon. I was very disappointed that I did NOT get what I ordered and Sam's could not fix it, so either the bakery messed up or the description online is incorrect.

It tastes excellent, but I ordered two cookie cakes at the same time, and they stacked them on top of each other, storing them, and ruined the writing on the cake.
