[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new mattress came in a great packaging and is super soft, comfortable and gives me a good night rest. It is super easy to set up and has good support that gives me good rest. I highly recommend it as a great buy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first thoughts when I laid down on this mattress was that it was going to be too firm for me, but this was not the case at all. I have a bad back and I need a little more firmness to help support my back otherwise I will sink in a little too much. It seems like the perfect combination of firm and soft so that I feel my spine is supported and it is still very comfortable. My husband has approved of the mattress as well.

I just started sleeping on this mattress and it has a horrible bubble in the middle. This is the cool calming queen mattress. It's a replacement for a different mattress from serta and it only lasted 6 months before the sides started caving in. I will never buy a serta mattress again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hi everyone !! I received this product for free from Influenster and Serta for free to exchange my honest review.... I been sleeping 2 week and half now next to my son crib 😊 The Sleeper Quilted hybrid 24 excelled XF TT queen Bed are very comfortable and comfy . Good support and soft when you lay down to the bed!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mattress isn’t bad overall but I have a couple of negatives that I noticed. For one, there was no way to tell what the particular indicators for each mattress meant (not here or online) so I had to choose blindly. It ended up being too firm for me personally. The delivery got rescheduled 3 times, and pushed back almost a month. I can’t imagine how frustrating that would be if I didn’t already have a mattress. It also is not memory foam, so it was delivered in a huge box (not vacuum sealed as I am used to). I think this would be great for someone who likes a firm mattress because I don’t make a dent in it - it doesn’t make for a super comfortable night of sleep for me.

Very uncomfortable, center sagged after 2 weeks, sides are breaking down.

Very comfortable mattress for me. Firm but not too firm. No more back ache.

Don't have any issues with the bed or service. Customers should know this bed is very firm.

Godby home furnishings in Avon is great to work with. Especially my salesman, Nathan. Five stars.

Nice quality it will take some time to get use to extra firm
