Has all the features that we were looking for in a TV. Would I buy again......absolutely! But I can see it is discontinued.

The TV is a sweet deal and I recommend this product to others. Every match looked outstanding, the picture pops out and sound is great. If you are looking for a great TV which is closer to OLED but not as expensive, this is the TV you are looking for. I own TVs from Other popular brands but this outperforms all others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a 65" SK8000 last year for my den and needed another one for my living room. It was pretty much a no-brainer upgrading to the SK9000. The clarity is a step up and my wife and I could not be more satisfied with LG, that we purchased a 55" for our son as a gift. Thanks LG for a superior product at an affordable price.

There are a couple of things to keep in mind with this great TV. 1. Google Assistant build in DOES NOT MEAN that this TV has Chromecast capabilities. You cannot cast to this TV without a Chromecast device attached. 2. LG purports this this TV to be focused on Live OTA content. What this means in practice is that you cannot launch an app like You Tube TV upon startup. If you are a cord cutter and intend to use the Smart TV apps only, this TV is not for you. Every time I turn on the TV I get loud static and a static filled screen because I don't have an antenna or set top cable box. 3. The last glaring defect with this TV is some ongoing licencing battle between LG and HBO. So you won't be finding an HBO Now or HBO Go app in the LG Content Store. I bought this TV to get rid of my annoying setup of tablets and Chromecasts and nVidia Shields (Which don't support Hulu Live TV). I wanted everything in one box: 4K TV, Smart cord cutting apps (Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube TV, Showtime Anytime, HBO Go.). I almost got everything, but since HBO doesn't have an app, I am stuck connecting a Chromecast again and using a tablet to cast GOT season 8. CAVEAT: If you want HBO and do not yet have a subscription, you can subscribe from inside the Amazon Prime Video App. You cannot add a current HBO subscription to it though, you have to have a new one purchased through Amazon. That means that you have to be a Prime Member too. If this is you, then this TV is almost the best of everything. Since my smart home is based on Google Home devices and not Amazon Alexa, I'll be purchasing another nVidia Shield to provide input to this TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fantastic LED TV, but the one thing that I simply couldn't get beyond is the ghosting or blooming. If anything white or light colored show up on the screen, you could see blooming around it. This TV has full array dimming and turning it down to low certainly helped but it was still very visible. The clarify and beautiful colors of the pictures though make this TV as I said fantastic. There is no lack in the interface and everything works great. Dolby Vision/Atmos was super to use. The only thing better than this TV would be an OLED. LG's TV's are generally always highly rated by reviewers and this TV got decent ratings, except for blacks appearing grey likely due to grey uniformity in really dark rooms and blooming. I have to say the sound from the TV was really nice. If the items I described above doesn't bother you and you just don't notice them then this would certainly be a keeper for anyone.

Excellent picture and the upgrade Web OS is fantastic.Also happy I have Dolby Vision which wasn't available on other brands. I will stick with LG in the future.
