[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an all around excellent TV. It makes any content BEAUTIFUL! From a lousy over the air signal to 4K HDR BlueRay, the screen preforms wonderfully. The OS is super user friendly with plenty of apps to choose from. It also handles gaming with almost no imput lag, and I mean, YOU WONT NOTICE ANY IMPUT LAG! From the amount of USB,/HDMI inputs to the remote to the super thin bezel to how good it looks even when it's off this TV is AWESOME!!!! BUT.... Is it perfect? Well, no.... It isn't.... This panel has ONE issue, and it must be mentioned. While this TV is indeed a FALD panel, it does a poor job of preventing blooming in dark rooms. It is noticable. I have adjusted the TV'S parameters to reduce the effect somewhat, but it is still there when it is dark. When the room is well lit, I don't notice it at all. Is it a deal breaker? For me? Absolutely not, I knew I was not buying an OLED panel, or paying OLED panel prices, but just be aware that this TV may not be the BEST option for a dark room. Maybe this issue can be delt with in a software update? Having said that, I highly doubt that you can find an LCD panel with this many features and such an AMAZING picture for the price, PERIOD. This is my second LG flat screen, and for good reason, LG has the best features, screens, and build quality, for a price that is always under what the competition demands. Seriously, pick up this TV and a PS4 pro and be happy.

This was my first 4K TV let alone UHD TV and it has definitely made my other television look like a joke in comparison. In fact at first going from a non 4K this felt too real. Picture is amazing even at angles. Very impressed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this TV 2 weeks ago and love it! We bought it mainly because it had the full-array dimming feature. The salesman said this would be beneficial to us because we have this tv in a large, bright room with lots of window and light. I'm not sure exactly how or why it works, but we have noticed that it is so much easier to see the screen even with lots of light and glare. Also, we have been pleasantly surprised that we don't have to keep the volume up as high as our old LG tv to be able to hear it. We have a 2 story great room and the sound tends to echo up, rather than out. With our old TV we had to use a soundbar just to hear it. Now, with this new tv, we don't have to use it at all. A normal sound level is just a "15" and it goes all the way up to "50." I love this....I can now SEE and HEAR my TV!

Sure would like to know who to speak to about the apps that just don't seem to work specifically WeatherNation TV., as it loads for a short time and then just freezes. The same problem with I Heart Radio - plays for a while and then freezes

I made a few minor adjustments like brightness turning off power saver etc. I have a LG 65UH8500 this 55SK9000 has a way better picture the colors is fantastic its life like if you're thinking about it get one you won't be sorry. If something happens to my 65in I'm getting a 65in SK9000 I love it... Highly recommend!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tv 3 weeks ago after researching the pros/cons of LED vs. OLED. I decided against OLED due to screen burn potential. At this time I am very pleased with this tv. It probably deserves a "5" rating, but I was disappointed and frustrated with the initial set up process. There is no user guide, just basic on-screen start up procedures that were easy to follow; however, once I finished, the picture was not very sharp and I had difficulty finding the adjustment settings. After doing internet search and several hours clicking on various tv settings, I finally located the picture controls and was able to adjust the sharpness to a crisp look. This is the only negative comment I have about this tv. The "magic" remote is fantastic and the apps load very quickly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really like our new TV, so far only 'complaint' we have is the length of time it takes to turn on, perhaps because we're on satellite? but our old TV came on faster. Yes, I realize it's a matter of seconds, but very noticeable. The best feature, we're still exploring, is the sound. Haven't bothered to hook up the sound bar, don't need it.
