Always wants me to load a new broser but when I follow instructions they are out of date and don't work. No way to update Chrome that I can figure out. If I download a application from Amazon, TV says it went to application panel. Can't find application panel or the application. TV has imbedded computer but don't have access to downloads as a normal computer and if I plug in a thumb drive why can't I see the thumb drive on the computer as storage but only can see if music present . Sometimes the only way to get the internet to work is to turn off the TV and then power back on. It could have been much better and wish I had bought a later model. How about a comprehensive list of voice recognizable commands? Can't find one anywhere.Has great picture. Somewhat disappointed as I wanted the TV to act more like a computer.

After talking with LG two different times and following all their suggestions the TV still has issues. They will send a technician to assess the TV, but if they cannot determine a root cause I will be billed for the problem and service visit. What's the point of a warranty if I have to foot the bill. The TV is less than 2 months old and is pretty much useless since it shuts down. LG Customer Service is also useless. Although my product is registered, they could not find my information during my discussions so I had to give them the product information each time. What's the point of registering the product if you don't use it? The TV software is not compatible with all streaming services. Primarily Direct TV now. There is no app and their LG Web browser blocks Direct TV Now saying it's not compatible. To use it I have to buy another device to stream a service I already pay for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I would say that I'm very satisfied with the product. The picture quality is very good and the TV was very easy to setup. Navigating the smart features is straightforward. I did find one very annoying problem. At times it appears that bright lines or white characters seem to flicker. This is something that I haven't seen with any other TV.

I am still learning the internet capabilities, but the power of the AI is truly a phenomenon. I have a sound bar, and it was seamless. Truly, the picture quality and sound on this product takes your breath away, and the pointer on the remote is like using an Apple or PC.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this tv for about 3 weeks now and overall I am fairly pleased. I really wanted an OLED, but the costs still were't where I wanted to be and I needed a replacement tv and this was the next best thing. It's close to the OLED in picture quality without the price. The sound is pretty good for the internal speakers, but it is apparent connecting this to additional speakers would be very beneficial to enhance the sound. I am pleased with the ease of setup and the apps included such as Amazon Prime, Hulu, and Youtube etc. The only thing I am trying to come to terms with relates to the picture quality. I can't put my finger on it, but sometimes it almost seems like the picture appears almost cartoonish for lack of a better description. It appears the images on the screen containing people seem to be as if they are standing out in front of the background in the picture. I am transitioning from a great plasma tv so I don't know how this impacts my perception. The picture is good it's just different that's all. For the most part I am pleased with the tv it may take some time to become accustomed to the picture.
