I bought this pool on Tuesday and filled it up on Wednesday. On Saturday I went to pull the plug out and the vinyl ripped from the plug and left a huge hole in the bottom of the pool. Only able to use for 3 days.

Well we got it home and inflated it. Seemed ok so we filled it up. As it was filling up it looked like the sides were falling down, they were. It came with a hole. So the kids didn't even get to enjoy it. Sadly it is not worth the trouble to return it. I think they know this when they produce a subpar product.

Filled it once and the second time I filled it , it filled and then the the plug ripped free on it own and the whole filled pool drained into my yard. I don't know how I am going to patch a drain plug. Can't use, probably can't return it. I spent as much on floats, tarps, and covers as the pool. Soooooo disappointed. I thought it would be a quality product if I purchased it from Sams Club.

I bought this 2 months ahead for my nephew to use for summer. Out of the box there was problems. We tracked down 3 pin sized holes and 1 tare on the bottom at a seam. I did not realize I could have taken it back, so we bought $10. worth of glues and patches before we found one that worked. I wish I took it back and got my money back. I will not buy this pool again form Sams or any other place. I want my money back, it's been more nerve racking on me to fix. Double that with having this problem added to me during this dang pandemic.
