My 14 year girl absolutely loves this machine! Her friends come over and sing all the time! It was a huge hit at the birthday party. It was easy to use, with no complicated set up or instructions!

I bought this product for my four year old grand-daughter and she loves it. My only complaint is that I am havin trouble finding a second microphone to use with it.

The item was given as a Christmas gift to our grandchildren. The CD player did not last 30 minutes and stopped working. Hopefully Wal-mart will be able to replace it for them. I was very disappointed, so imagine how a 9 year old would feel.

I purchased this product to use mostly as a PA system for a company event. I had problems getting the mic to work but called customer service and they were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, when I tried to use this at my company event-even after turning up the volume all the way-the sound quality was not very good and it was not nearly loud enough for everyone in the room to hear. I returned the merchandise to a local Wal-Mart store with my receipt and had no issues with returning it. I was refunded my purchase price less the shipping cost(as expected).
