This product has worked wonders for my baby. I breastfed for six weeks and supplemented formula Similac advance and either the formula or my breast milk gave him horrible gas and some diarrhea. He cried all day long it was horrible. He would sleep for 15 mins at a time and be back up screaming. I tried similac sensitive and same issue. Finally after frequent trips to the drs office I finally stopped breast feeding and strictly gave nutramigen...He started sleeping still has gas but not nearly as much as before. Hes soo happy now. Also there are some insurance companies out there that will cover some or all of your babies formula if there is a medical need. So parents if your baby cannot tolerate any other formula talk to your dr and see if he/she can help you get it covered. Its very expensive and worth a try! Good luck

This formula has answered my prayers!! My son has been breastfed, formula fed with Similac Advance and Similac Sensitive and nothing settled his stomach and eliminated his colic symptoms like this formula. He is 5 weeks old and was always crying, fussing and it was driving me nuts!!! My ped recommended this formula for him and it is like he is a completely new baby. I couldn't ask for anything more. Yes, it is expensive, but you gotta do what you gotta do for your baby and your own sanity!!! It does smell and his poo smells like butter, but it does not constipate him and he barely gets gas. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It smells like dog food. My baby refused to eat this one. He would smell the formula before he ate it, and it was just not good. He made the worst faces and flat refused to eat. Changed to Similac Alimentium and he's back to eating heartily!

This is the only formula that helped him thrive after 3 weeks of not gaining weight and constant crying/tummy troubles. He's now 5 months and ahead of schedule and growing like a weed! I just wish it was more available in retail stores.

I've been using nutramigen for ten months now with no issues, recently however the formula has been sticking to the bottles and nipple in a way that won't come out no matter what I try, I even bought new bottles and those are now damaged. Something has changed!! And the change isn't good

I am so glad I found Nutramigen! My son has a milk protein allergy and after trying to nurse him with eliminating all dairy from my diet for 8 weeks, he was still in the lowest 2% for weight at his 3 month checkup. We switched to Nutramigen a week later and he started thriving! Recently at his 4 month checkup, he was in the 55th percentile for weight, and our pediatrician was thrilled. While it is on the pricy side, Nutramigen is worth every penny. It has made my son less colicky, gassy, and constipated. It only took a few bottles for him to get used to the taste, and he is such a happier, calmer baby now. Thank you Enfamil!

Our son has gone through 5 different formulas before landing on Nutramigen. He was incredibly colicky, fussy and had non-stop spit up. We found out that our poo little guy had issues with cow's milk and was actually allergic. Soy was working either. Nutramigen changed everything. He is a completely different baby now. No longer colicky, fussy or having any of the same issues.

She's no longer super fussy and inconsolable. She goes down much easier for naps now as well. I have noticed a little more spit up but I think that's from how thin the milk is
