Love it, I have had mine for about 5yrs. I have had no problems with the machine. With all the coffee I have made WOW. Great buy. I had to buy a new part, where you put the coffee the toggle switch that tells the machine it is open or closed it keeps telling the machine it closed while brewing so I have to stand there and fool with it till it's done. But for 5yrs it a long time before having to replace apart.

I received a Ninja coffee maker for a Christmas gift in 2017. Initially my 2 pot a day family really seemed to like it. But within a few months it stopped brewing a full pot, you had to go push start again. We tried cleaning and descaling it...by the way, we only use filtered water to make our coffee. The taste also seems “off”. Not foul, but definitely not a good pot of coffee. I was disappointed because I loved the look of it, I am a NINJA products fan, as I own the blender, the chopper system, and more...but, this coffee system fails to meet the standards of heavy coffee drinkers. Maybe it would be fine for an occasional pot, or for people who just brew when they entertain.

Love this product. I like the flexibility of being able to brew one cup or a whole pot. Also really like the feature for brewing coffee for iced coffee. This is actually my 2nd Ninja coffeemaker to purchase. The other I've had for almost 2 years and love it. Needed another for a lake house. Also really like that I can use the coffee I have and not have to buy those expensive pods.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally got a chance to check out this coffee maker. The Hurricane messed everything up. I like it . It has a lot of versatility to it. You can make a whole pot a half pot or a single cup. Being single it not for me. If you have more then one person in your family it could be a good choice. I'm more of a K-cup guy myself! But it is a nice coffee maker. and a good choice if you drink a lot of coffee everyday. It's worth checking out!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After reading the directions, I made my first pot of coffee with 6 scoops for a full pot. Way too strong. This morning I made it with 4 scoops and it is great. We drink French Roast and the flavor seems to be enhanced. It's easy to use. The carafe doesn't leak when I pour a cup. I do have a problem with it being so tall though. It doesn't fit on my kitchen counter under my cabinets. I have no good place to put it without it sticking out. And the carafe doesn't even hold 10 cups of coffee. I use an oversized mug and hubby uses a thermal mug. Normally we can both get 2 cups each with a 12 cup carafe. This doesn't even give us both a full refill. I do like ice coffee so will be trying that, but haven't yet. And I like the single cup system for when I want just a cup, but haven't tried that yet either. All said, I would recommend this to friends but I would tell them how tall it is. Height might not seem like a big deal, but all of my counter space has cabinets over it. All in all I am pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would first like to say that I have not had this product for very long so I'm going to do my best to tell you what it's been like in the short time that I've had it. I'm going to start by saying first off I have never owned or used a pod free single serve coffee maker until I received this one. This coffee maker has some pretty cool features, and one that I was excited about using was the different Brew types. Sadly I have not yet used the over ice Brew but the hot functions are pretty cool and they do work like they say. Another function that's pretty cool is the multi-serve cup platform, you can pull it down to fit pretty much any size cup that you own and Brew right into your cup. This coffee maker also comes with a quick start guide and in the back there are 10 different recipes to help you make some of those specialty drinks that you see on the commercials, all of which are very simple to make which is nice because you don't have to buy weird ingredients that you wouldn't normally own to make these. My favorite so far is the salted caramel coffee which is super simple to make and tastes awesome. Overall as of right now, since once again I have not known this product for very long, I would have to say that it has been good and it's worked correctly and I haven't had any problems with it thus far. But I would recommend it, it's fun to try different beverages that are super easy to make and I'm really enjoying my Ninja coffee maker so far!

I love this coffeemaker. Makes a wonderful cup of coffee and piping hot as well. Easy to fill her up w water without having to move the machine forward or sideways to get the water in the tank. Simply take the tank off, fill w water, put it back on the machine and ur done. Does everything it's supposed to do and doesn't take up the whole counter. I just wish it made 12 cups of coffee , it only makes 10. No regrets buying this machine.

The warmer never stays on after it brews and the clean light keeps coming on even after its been thoroughly cleaned. Sometimes it only brews half of what you put in it and then I have to restart it to get it to brew the rest. It has potential but lots of problems with this unfortunately. I've usually heard good things about ninja makers... Guess its my bad luck. I do not recommend this item.

Purchased this online at a really great price for my son who is in the army in another state. He said he absolutely loves it. I've never had any issues with any Ninja products that I have bought (I have a few different things, even the bigger coffee bar).
