I loved this dishwasher until it broke after 15 months of use. The funny part was it broke two days after recommending it to a friend. The dishwasher cleans the dishes very well and I love that it popped opened so minimal excess water was left on the dishes. Even though I love this dishwasher I would not recommend spending your money on this if its going to stop working after 15 months.

I like the feature when the dishes are in the drying mode the door opens to let air circulate and help the process. I like the way the controls are integrated into the machine. Would definitely recommend.

I was not home when it was delivered. the design is great it goes well with the rest of my Samsung kitchen appliances. The inside of this one is a little smaller than my previous dishwasher but I'm sure I will be able to overcome that. I was surprised to learn that I can connect it to wi-fi, like the other appliances, I love that it pops open when cycle is complete, my dishes are wet when I get to them. I like that it is so quiet, I did not know it was on. The fingerprint resistance surface, make for less wiping, it is awesome. I still have some controls to observe and will be doing that soon. So far, I like what I see.

I purchased this dishwasher 3 months ago and it has been great. My old dishwasher still worked but the quality was not there so I decided to upgrade to this Samsung Smart Stormwash stainless steel model. I am so glad I did. This Samsung dishwasher is so much more quieter, cleans 100 times better and has more features than my old one. Would highly recommend.

The exterior provides a sleek, modern look with a recessed handle which we love because our galley kitchen is a bit on the tight side. The button panel tucks nicely away since it's on the top of the door, leaving only an attractive LCD timer on the front to see how much time is left on your cycle. Inside, a fully stainless steel tub looks and feels clean and bright. The Stormwash feature brings an extra blast of power to any particularly soiled pots or pans. Adjustable trays feature flip down tines to allow for versatility on the bottom and 2nd rack. The third rack is designed for flatware, but our family loves it for things like lids and straws that would otherwise slide through and impede the spinning mechanisms. We love the Smart features on this unit that allow us to customize our cycles, send alerts to our mobile devices when a cycle ends (useful since it's so quiet we cant tell when it stops!) or even just let us know when the rise aid is empty. This unit will even pop the door open at the end of a cycle to assist in drying. Something we we would do manually with our prior machine. If I have one gripe, its that the bottom rack slides out a little too easily and often seems to pull right out off the tracks. I wish the rack had more of a "hook" shape at the end to prevent this. This unit is attractive, quiet, and most importantly, doesn't need to be babysat like some other machines we've had. I highly recommend this dishwasher and look forward to adding other Samsung appliances to our home!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i've had a great experience so far with this dishwasher. although it is a bit bigger in size than my previous washer, the inside seems smaller. that does not take away from it because i am able to fit everything i need in here. i love the top drawer were i put utensils, i love the clean stainless steel look and it does a great job. i even enjoy the timer that tells you how long the wash cycle is. all of my dishes have come out clean. i thought the door release at the end would bother me but i like that it gives the dishes a better chance to get completely dry. its also super quiet, i've actually opened it a few times to make sure it was actually running!

After finishing the install of the dishwasher it is supposed to run a self check system by pressing and holding buttons. The instructions in the instruction guide were wrong, so I had to spend an hour trying to google the right code to make it self check. Now onto using the dishwasher, the usage guide was once again useless on how to use it. It was nice it connects to an app, but that still didn't give me a lot of information on how to use it. The app is basically, so I can tell it run when I'm not right in front of it. The dishwasher is nice looking in stainless steel, although there is a small bump in it, I don't know if it's from delivery or not. The buttons aren't really buttons. You have to press firmly and wait till it responds, and from my experience it doesn't want to change after you make a choice, so you have to turn it off and turn it back on. It does make cute, happy electronic beeps when you're telling it to do something, and they are very quiet as well. Speaking of quiet you have to put your ear right on it to hear any noise when it's running, which is amazing, but also not so good when you're learning how to use it. I love the third rack to use for cooking utensils and that the bottom and middle rack or customizable for whatever you want to wash and with the app you can also customize the wash and dry cycle depending on if you're washing pans or a lot of plastic. I also like that it opens when it's done. No more need for a dirty/clean magnet that people can't remember to flip. The dishwasher cleans really well and I only had one issue with it warping cheap plastic from the Dollar Tree on normal wash. Nothing else have ever been warped even on the heavy cycle, so it was probably just this item, and I'm not worried about it warping anything else.

Summary: poor quality and bad warranty I bought this dishwasher in October 2022 and received it in November 2022. In April 2023 (< 6 months), I noticed that the top corner of the control panel was cracked. No contact had been made with the corner (no contact or contusion marks). Plastic had clean cracks that initiated from a location where there is a screw, indicating either a plastic defect or over-tightening of the screw. "Cosmetic damage" is not covered by the warranty whether caused by the customer, poor design or defect. For a key structural part to fail under normal use within 6 months shows cheap parts are prioritized over quality. I have been a loyal Samsung customer in the past, but I will not recommend Samsung products in the future.
