The Smartest Dishwasher
this dishwasher is very functional. the inside has three adjustable dish racks. the top rack can be removed. the middle rack can be adjusted up or down. the lower rack has the stormwash+™ for pots and pans with heavy food residue. the filter is easy to remove and clean. the door automatically opens at the end of each cycle. this is a great feature because it reduces electricity usage. the dishwasher is pretty quiet. i'm very satisfied with this dishwasher.
Great Smart Samsung Dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This SAMSUNG Smart Dishwasher with StormWash+™ 44dBA with recessed handle in Black Stainless steel is absolutely great. I really like the sleek design, the polished, clean Black Stainless Steel color and overall design. There are multiple options to choose from to clean the dishes. It was very easy to setup using the SmarThings app and was quickly added to my profile. When on, it is whisper quiet, doesn't shake and I can't even tell that it is on. It thoroughly cleans my dishes and doesn't leave much to do afterwards. It is definitely a focal point in the kitchen along with all my other Samsung products and they all compliment each other. I like that I ca connect it to my WIFI and operate it from the SmartThings app and not have to keep checking on it for completion. I like the Auto Release Door Feature which also notifies me when the cycle selected is complete. There is soo much room inside to place the dishes and it even includes a top rack for flat dishes. The multiple racks can be easily accessible and glides open and close without force. My favorite option thus far is the Delicate wash cycle, I can clean my treasured dishes gently but thoroughly. There is even an option to select the specific rack of dishes to wash. The outside is fingerprint resistant and very easy to wipe of and clean, the inside gets thoroughly cleaned during wash and residue/food isn't left behind on the dishes or bottom of dishwasher. The timer on the door and top near the options is just another benefit of this awesome dishwasher. I am completely satisfied with the dishwasher and so proud of my SAMSUNG CHOICE. No matter what size dishwashing job you have this dishwasher is the one to get it done and I highly recommend it.
Amazing smart dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this samsung stormwash+ smart dishwasher uses smartthings to control it if you are away. it even tells you it's out of rinse aid or it's low. quiet, amazingly quiet. three racks is great. middle rack is adjustable to accommodate larger items. the tines also move to ajust to different types of glassware. clean, the powerful jets reach every rack for excellent cleaning. the door then automatically opens to get the dishes dry so fast. this is an amazing machine beautiful and does a great job cleaning the dishes.

Great equipment

Great performance with good smart features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this couple of months back and so far very satisfied with the overall performance. The noise level is very less. Only couple of things which I observe, the dishwasher shows to run self clean after 10/15 cycle which is kind of annoying and should have much more cycle option.
It cleans, BUT...
Before purchasing, I highly recommend calling the (833) 451-0634 number listed in "Highlights" with questions. I did not notice that before purchasing and mostly purchased because it was the quickest a dishwasher could get to me (or so I thought). The delivery date stated is the date the dishwasher will arrive to the delivery/installation center. In my case, it was a week more once they received it. Also, in my case, the deliverers were not certified to install it and I would have to call to schedule that appointment after delivery as well. All this to say, you may not have a functioning dishwasher as soon as you think. We bought this as a replacement for an identical spec Bosch dishwasher. If you are coming from a Bosch, this will feel like a downgrade. Although the space is the same, the layout means MUCH less fits inside. The third rack (top) is also meant more for silverware than larger utensils or small items. Also, this is much louder than the 44dBA Bosch version we had. The door of the dishwasher feels fragile and the bottom rack consistently sticks when sliding. The positives are the auto door opening after dishes are done, SmartThings integration, and the dishes are getting cleaned.

No help
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher for my new house. Haven't really been able to use it because every time it shows an error Code LC. Had a repairman out to fix it. Thought it was ok but the next time I tried to use it same code. Have called Samsung care numerous times but each time no help Can't rate it because I haven't been able to use it

Worst customer service by Marijo, one of the Super
I am very much disturbed with Sam's online chat support representative. Not sure if it was Sam's policy / training or particular representative . I bought this product on May 28.2023. But it got installed only on June 13,2023. After using we found that the middle water sprayer is keep coming out. Being a lazy, I took time to complaint to Sam's and I tried to contact them on Sept 12,2023 (which still still under 3 months of installed date) . to my surprise, chat supervisor did not help with anything. The least I was expecting was scheduling a Samsung / authorized technician visit to verify problem. but chat supervisor keep referring me, the link (Please feel free to review our Bulk/Volume Policy on our website at SamsClub.com/Returns) which is not helping me with anything. So I am not sure, if it is because purchase date crossed 90 days (but installed date still with in 90days,and for these products installed date should be take into account) or is it i because Sam's policy. To my surprise I do not even understand why they did not even bother to set up a technician visit. If this is kind of service we get on these products its better not to buy them from Sam's club.
