I got this for my sons, ages 3 years and 18 months, for Christmas (from Santa), and I can already tell it's gonna be a hit! My 3 year old walked out, saw it, and said, "Mama, I love it!". He could barely be pulled away to open his other presents! We don't have a ton of room, so this is the perfect size, although I probably could have gotten the next size up and been okay. I bought this for around $80.00, so it was a great deal. I put it together last night, and it only took about an hour. I used my husband's power drill, so that saved me some elbow grease- just be careful and don't get carried away!! My 18 month old LOVES all the doors and the drawer on it, as well as "eating" with the pots and pans! It's a great investment, because I know it will be used for quite a while. My husband kind of frowned when I first brought it home, but now that he's seen the boys are actually playing with it and love it, he thinks I'm a genius (about time he noticed!). If you have a boy, don't think twice about getting him a kitchen.... after all, some of the best chefs in the world are men! The color scheme is very neutral, too, so it fits with all the other boy toys. What a great kitchen!!!

I was looking for a kitchen that wasn't too large and this was perfect. It has colorful decor stickers. My 3 year old loves it. Especially the sound effects the stove makes. It has a lot of room to store extra food & kitchen accessories. It was also easy to assemble. Walmart's price was the lowest compared to other retailers. I would definately recommend this product.

I gave this to my granddaughter for Christmas. We waited to give it to her last. It was a good thing. Once she saw it that is all she played with. She is two and it is just the right size for her. She is still playing with it, unlike a lot of toys for little ones. Thank you for a great product.

Now that it's all put togather we are very happy with this product. When I first opened the box my heart sank!!! So many pieces and the directions I didn't understand!! Made her father and older brother put it togather, it only took them an hour or so from start to finish the whole time I was saying take it back! Glad we didn't its wonderful all put togather. Our 3 year old loves it and it will grow with her!!

This was our son's big Christmas gift. Putting it together was a little challenging until I got the hang of it. The place for the screws is just a dimple and not an actual hole so you have to drill the plastic with the screw. I was impressed by how sturdy this thing is and definitely recommend it.

the instruction manuel was slightly misleading, also it says screwdriver required, drill optional. alot of the screw holes were either not there, or badly mismarked. you had to start the holes where you thought they should be. product was considerably smaller than anticipated and the sticker for the burner once you put it on the sounds would not work. we removed the sticker.

The Step-2 Lifestyle custom kitchen was a great buy for my 2 year old daughter. She loves it and plays with it everyday. The kitchen items are easily identifiable and functional and the set was easy to assemble. We (yes i play with it too) love the stove and how it makes the frying sound with the pan and the boiling sound with the pot. And the phone stays attached to her ear while she is cooking! The only suggestion i have is to make sounds with the microwave and maybe water sounds with the sink.

The kitchen is nice. It doesn't come with food so you will need to add that. My daughter loves to play with it. The counterspace is non existant. I wish the sink made noises. I love how th epots make different sounds on the burner. One problem I had was if you choose sight to store to bring a vehicle that it will fit in. It was a 4 ft sq box. I had to open the box in the parking lot and pull out pieces for it to fit in my car. overall. it is a nice toy that a toddler can play with for serval years.

We bought this kitchen for our 23 month old daughter. She loves it! It seems to be constructed of good quality materials and really wasn't that bad to put together (would definitely recommend a cordless drill). We realized halfway through that we were missing a piece and they had it to us in 36 hours. Would definitely buy a step 2 product again!!

great price and quality. unique that fridge is not at the bottom like in most play kitchens, more realistic for the child. makes frying and boiling sounds. dish rack, silverware drawer, and storage basket are all very nice touches. best kitchen for the money.
