Cute, But small

I brought this for my 3yr old son, he likes to cook. It is small in size for him, for he is very tall for his age, but it fits well in the room. The only hard part was putting it together, I didn't have any holes where the holes were suppose to be, so I had to dill some. After that is was good.

My kids love this kitchen! It took my Husband about an hour to put it together, and that was with some distractions. Everything went together well and there were no missing pieces. The only thing I was dissappointed about was the two white spindles that run down the front of the kitchen didn't have covers for the screws so they are showing, but not a big deal to us. All in all a good product, and both of my kids ages 4 and 1 1/2 love it and play with it everyday.

Awesome Kitchen

We bought another kitchen for our daughter for Christmas and it was terrible! This kitchen is so much better and is well worth the money! It is a little tough to put together but much easier than the first one we bought. You can't find a better deal than the step 2 kitchen!!

Excellent gift for 16 month girl

My husband and I wanted to find something for our 16 month old daughter who has just begun to pretend play. So, we didn't want/need a large elaborate pretend kitchen. This kitchen has some sounds and many drawers that has kept my daughter entertained every day since she got it! I highly recommend this kitchen-especially to kids that are a little younger than the projected age on the product.

Great Kitchen Overall

I was very happy with the kitchen overall, however there were a few places my husband needed to use a drill because there were no holes for the screws where the directions indicated. He is handy with tools, so it was no problem, but it would have been if I had tried to put it together myself. The batteries were a little hard to get into the phone, but overall this is a great kitchen. My daughter loved it on Christmas morning.

I bought this for my daughter, age 4...she absolutely loved it! Step 2 makes some very durable and fun products for kids. The only down side was putting it together, some difficulty. I got this product on sale which is what it should be originally...the original price I thought wasn't worth what you get.

PERFECT!!!

as another review on here i had done at least 2 months worth of research for the perfect kitchen for my 1 1/2 year old daughter for christmas. my neighbors have a kitchen and she loved it so i knew she would play with whatever i bought, but being a mom i guess i was more worried about the climbing, the tipping over, the edges, and enough compartments to keep her attention span. on top of everything else i didn't want to spend a whole lot of money since my other daughter is only 3 months old and i know that i will eventually need to buy a bigger kitchen that they can both play with and be theirs not just my oldest daughters but i still needed this one to be perfect. we have a step 2 toy box with a built-in book shelf that i LOVE so i knew this had to be good. my husband put it together on christmas eve while i was behind him putting on the stickers. it only took about an hour and the only thing extra we bought to go with this was a tiny bucket of food which ended up being A LOT! she plays with this everyday since it's in our living room and you can tell she's getting more imaginative since she's had this. i definitely have to say it's PERFECT!!! another reviewer stated that she couldn't believe she almost paid double the price for an extra cabinet which is only about 6 inches and i totally agree! i couldn't be happier with this product. i can also say that when i do decide to upgrade to a bigger kitchen for both kids that it will be a step 2 kitchen. and let me tell you this kitchen is not tiny by any means. it's not huge but compared to what you get in other kitchens for $75 this is great!!!

Good Value, Lots of work to assemble

Bought this for our Grandkids (2 &3) for Christmas. Site to Store was great as we were flying to see grandkids for Christmas. Assmebly was a little more invovled and took longer than expected. It would have been good to have pre-drilled holes for all the screws, not just a couple. Over-all the kids loved it. Wish it came with more accesories though.

Great toy for the price

I purchased this for my almost two year old daughter and she loves it! The product was easy to assemble and is about as stylish as a play kitchen can get. It did not meet all of my expectations in that some of the decal stickers were missing, but the manufacturer was quick to send them when requested.

Very Cute Kitchen!!!!!

I bought this kitchen for my little girls 3rd birthday. She loves playing with it, and since we don't have a whole lot of room it was the perfect size. The assembly was very simple, * i used a drill instead of screwdriver, because the holes weren't premade so a screwdriver would have made it a little difficult, but not impossible. I put it together in a little under an hour. The only thing is the storage room there isn't a whole lot of it, but i just got her a basket to put the food in that doesn't fit.
