Good Value, Lots of work to assemble

Bought this for our Grandkids (2 &3) for Christmas. Site to Store was great as we were flying to see grandkids for Christmas. Assmebly was a little more invovled and took longer than expected. It would have been good to have pre-drilled holes for all the screws, not just a couple. Over-all the kids loved it. Wish it came with more accesories though.

Save time buy this one....

We bought this for our 2 year old daughter for Christmas, and she LOVES IT! I literally shopped online and in stores month's before, doing my research. For the money this one takes the cake. The boiling pot, and frying pan noises are a hit with my duaghter. I was a little worried about her not having much counter space compared to some of the other kitchen's (it is very small counter space to work on), but I just put her table we had next to it with a chair and it makes up for lost space. With the money you save you can buy an inexpensive table if you are like me.

Pretty good

My kids and my daycare kids enjoy playing with it. It is an okay size, it is on the smaller side, but that is what I expected. I do like the red color a lot better than the green. However, "granite look"...yeah right. There is absolutely no counter space on it for kids to play/prep food on. It was a little bit of a pain to put together without an electric screwdriver handy. Why in the world were most of the holes not pre-drilled?? You should definitely use one. I was unable to push one of the screws all of the way in so the screw inside the plate section sticks out about an inch. Overall, I do like the final outcome of the product. It is light and easy to move from room to room, but it is also sturdy. I think now, looking back, that I probably should have went with the bigger one, but I was not willing to spend that much money on one.

Great little Kitchen - not so easy to put together

Great kitchen. Just bought for our 1.5 year old. Love the little stove burner that lights and makes noise. Nice size for him. Love the baskets and cupboards to store items in. Just beware - it's NOT easy to put together. The instructions are all in pictures, which is fine. It says you only need one screwdriver. I also needed an electric drill - because not one of the holes were pre-drilled. There is no-way you can twist a screw threw 3 layers of thick plastic without first drilling. I timed myself ... an hour and a half (which included finding additional screwdrivers that would fit into the small cellphone to put in the batteries). Very thankful we had an electric drill/driver at our house - otherwise it would not have been ready for Christmas day.

Love It!

I got this Kitchen for my daughter for Christmas and she LOVES it. A lot of the kitchens I looked at were too short, but this one is perfect. It is excellent quality, very sturdy and was so easy to put together. Very attractive as well. And you cannot beat the price! My daughter will be able to play with this for years.

My lil gal loves it!

Santa brought my lil gal this kitchen and she absolutely loves it! She has played with it so much that it is already worth the price. It is very cute and has lots of items together in a smallish space for a fraction of the price of other kitchens I looked at. There is quite a bit of storage space for her food and cook set, enough to make it more realistic for her. The decorations are nice without being garish, and looks more like a real kitchen. It is sturdy, hard, thick plastic and seems like it will be very, very durable. I read most of the reviews before I bought it, and most of what I read was right. 1-The stove makes cooking sounds, but those are the only ones. I wish the microwave made some sound. The phone is realistic and beeps and such. 2-It is fairly easy to put together. Far less cumbersome and time consuming that other toys we have for her. There is one spot on the upper portion that doesn't have a hole drilled and you have to do it yourself. This is a hassle, but a small one in light of the rest of the project. 3-Do put the stickers on before assembling. There are lots of stickers and it would be difficult to do this after assembly. 4-The top that attaches to the bottom isn't as sturdy as I would like it to be, but my husband says it is more sturdy than I think. I tend to over critique. :) 5-There isn't a rack in the oven, which would be nice. 6-It is VERY accommodating to all the food and cook toys she already has, and your kids probably have too. It seems to be the same scale for every item she has. This all being said, I LOVE this kitchen. It is totally worth the money and I doubt anything would come close unless it cost $300 or so. There is just so much to do with it. Very realistic. I would HIGHLY recommend this to everyone. If you are even considering something more expensive, take a look at this kitchen. We thought about the Dora kitchen for the same price, but this one had SO much more to offer. Lots more to play with, lots more fun. You absolutely will NOT be disappointed.

realistic play

My three-year-old granddaughter loves playing with this kitchen. This is a good product to help a child learn about real life activities. It is a good size to share with other children. It appears to be sturdy and was fairly easy to assemble. I don't know that I would have paid the full price for it, but getting it on sale was a factor.

Child's Kitchen

I was a little disappointed in this kitchen. The storage bins are not very big. The drawer will only hold a small dish rag folded up. My daughter has enjoyed the phone the most. Since you have to have the special pot to make the cooking sounds, she doesn't hear those sounds very often. She prefers some of ther other pots and pans she received as presents. We probably should have spent a little more money and bought the next kitchen in the line.

gift for great-nieces

This was given as a gift for my three great-nieces. I've asked them if they like their kitchen and they say yes. My daughter visited them and watched them play, they fought over the phone even though they have other phones they could share. I bought this for them because I have watched them and they like to pretend to cook and have my sample what they make. I would recommend this product to others. I thought the cost was reasonable. Easy to assemble and so far durable.
