So Happy Happy Happy!

This kitchen has so many positives! I needed a kitchen that would fit into a small space, and this one was perfect! It has a lot of great features but w/out being big. It is very durable and won't tip over like so many other cheaper kitchens might. The instructions were good, and I put it together by myself (except for 1 or 2 things that I needed my hubby's strength for!). One concern was that not all of the places for screws were punched out, so it was hard to make holes myself. That would have to be the only drawback, which isn't that big a deal anyway! You'll love the adorable features, accessories included, the sound effects, ample storage space for play food, durability and great ROLLBACK PRICE! I can't say enough good things about this product, but it's well worth the extra $30-40 you'll pay compared to the cheap kitchens that may not last long at all! My 3 yr old son loves it, which makes it even better!

My 3 yr old daughter recived this for Christmas yesterday--and loves it! (so does my 18 month old son!) My husband put it together in about 45 min. It was a good value for the money because it had everything I was looking for (sink, stove, and fridge). I usually am not a fan of toys that make noise, but the noises on the stove and phone are not too annoying or loud.

Cute but small

I ordered this play kitchen thinking it would be a bit larger than it is, but it certainly didn't disappoint. My son is 2 and it is the perfect size for him. It it constructed very nicely and durable. The only problems I had were that the holes are not predrilled so you will need a powerdrill to make holes. Also I was under the impression that the sink would be deeper than it is it is literally only 2 inches deep, kind of disappointed in that. My son loves the noises it makes and its great fun. Perfect size for an apartment.

Great little Kitchen - not so easy to put together

Great kitchen. Just bought for our 1.5 year old. Love the little stove burner that lights and makes noise. Nice size for him. Love the baskets and cupboards to store items in. Just beware - it's NOT easy to put together. The instructions are all in pictures, which is fine. It says you only need one screwdriver. I also needed an electric drill - because not one of the holes were pre-drilled. There is no-way you can twist a screw threw 3 layers of thick plastic without first drilling. I timed myself ... an hour and a half (which included finding additional screwdrivers that would fit into the small cellphone to put in the batteries). Very thankful we had an electric drill/driver at our house - otherwise it would not have been ready for Christmas day.

Very cute kitchen!

This is a very cute, realistic, durable and stylish kitchen that is well priced. It was easy to assemble with directions and parts listed clearly, and it looks great in our kitchen area too! My 2 and half year old daughter loves it. She especially likes the pasta boiler and the little stove noises it makes for frying and boiling. I wish there was a tad bit more counterspace.. she has to use the stove and sink to put things on at times. Just a quick tip for assembly - make sure the dishes can fit into the dishrack before you tighten the front pannel. I screwed it a bit too tight and the dishes wouldn't fit.. I then rescrewed to give more space.

Stimulates creative play

We ordered the kitchen for my son who loves to 'cook'. He spends many hours playing with the kitchen and its accessories. His friends love it as well; it's the first toy they all hover over. They like the doors and drawers. However, it's unstable - the top half could easily fall backwards. We have it against a wall. There are too many stickers representing buttons. Real buttons would have been more engaging. More kitchen noises would have been good to have as well. Regardless, it's still a magnet in our house. Would recommend.

Terrific Solution

I think this product was one of the best toys I bought for my son. I love that it has a unisex design and it was the perfect height for my 20 month old. He's so interested in what I do int he kitchen that he was often in the way since my kitchen is small. Now he can pretend in his own kitchen and it has solved the problem! He plays with this toy often and he loves the cool sounds that the stove makes. It was pretty easy to put together. It took me maybe 45 minutes. I highly recommend this product!

Very Satisfied

We were very satisfied with this product. We bought it for our 2 year old daughter for Christmas. She loves it and plays with it alot. It is made very well. After reading other reviews, I wanted to put it together early, in case there was something missing. My Dad put it together and it didn't take him very long at all but he's very handy so I didn't expect it to. It was missing a decorative screw but you could still play with it without the screw. I called the # on the paperwork and they sent one out very quickly, in about a week. I am very pleased and would recommend this product.

great stylish kitchen

we bought this kitchen for our 2 year old who absolutely loves it, I like it because it has lots of storage for all her kitchen items and it isn't overly childish looking. It was really easy to put together, only complaint was the stickers, one sticker above the stove was too long for the area designated by the instruction and and cutting it makes it look kinda funny, but I think I am the only one who notices, the other, is the basket weave is actually just a sticker on a plain brown bin, of course had i looked more closely online, I probably would have noticed it. But it was great buy for us and my daughter absolutely loves and really thats all that matters.

Can't wait for Chrismas!

I just bought this for my 17 month old for Christmas, but I'm sure my 4 year old will also play with it...I was so excited to see it in the store...I definitely plan on calling Step 2 to get the microwave and oven keypads...these will make this kitchen perfect for my little one who LOVES our real micro and phones that beep...and loves getting into our kitchen cabinets! Great product!
