After researching play kitchens at Target, Wal-Mart, and Toys R Us, I found that the Step2 LifeStyle Custom Kitchen was by far the best quality for the price. I ordered it online and had it shipped to the nearest Wal-Mart store so I didn't have to pay the shipping cost. I received it nearly a week earlier than what was quoted. It took me only 40 - 45 minutes to put it together and apply all the stickers myself. The directions were easy to understand and it's a wonderful kitchen loved by both my 5 year old son and 1 year old daughter. We all enjoy playing with it. I highly recommend this kitchen!!!!

I checked out every kitchen from Toys R Us, Target, and Walmart... This is kitchen ended up being PERFECT for my 2 year old. It is not taking up whole lot of space but big enough for her to have space to play. I really thought this would be very diffcult to put together and part would not work correctly, like all the other kitchen reviews. This kitchen was really easy to put together. There is some holes that are not fully pre-drilled. Even with the ones that are, you will etiher need a strong arm to use a screwdriver or it is easy with a drill. Also, I got the bundle with the Step 2 food and it is far from the cheap value pack.. It is all worth the cost....

Step2 LifeStyle Custom Kitchen actually was just like it's picture, worked as indicated and was relatively easy to assemble. There are so many misleading ads and representations, this product and the price paid at WalMart made me a hero with my 3 and a half year old Grand Daughter.

My daughter enjoys this product. However, we wished that the sink make a sound and that it came with play food. The construction quality is decent, was easy to assemble, and we are pleased with the finished appearance (cetainly not as garish as some competitor's products).

I love this product and most importantly my daughter loves this product. First, it's made in America...WOOHOO!!! Second, putting it together was not a hard task. We did have to make our own screw holes in some areas which was kind of weird. It very well put together and sturdy. Third, the pots fit onto the stove perfectly and depends on which pot you put on the stove depends on of it makes a bubbling noise or a sizzling noise. Too cute!

The kitchen was easy to assemble, but was missing the faucet. Our 17-month old granddaughter loves "her" kitchen and plays there multiple times each day. She likes pretending to cook and taste things, and this gives her the tools to use her imagination. The doors, drawer, and fridge give her lots of opportunities to play open and close. I'll put different things in those spaces so she'll find a surprise when she opens one of them. She likes the cellphone, too. All in all, a great product that we'll enjoy for some time!

I recently purchased this play kitchen for my 18-month old son and he loves it!!! It has so many things to open and close (oven, fridge, drawer, etc.) and the pot makes noise when it's put on the stove. He also loves the telephone which makes noise as well. This kitchen is not enormous which is good when you don't have a lot of space, but it is plenty big enough to keep your child busy for many many hours. The colors (maroon, beige/brown, and some white) are nice and a few dishes are included. My only complaint: The oven door does not stay closed. I called STEP 2, and they were very helpful - they are sending a piece to put on the oven that will allow it to close properly. Nice value for the price too!

My 2 year old daughter absolutely loves this kitchen. It was very easy to assemble, took about 30mins is all. I am very pleased with the overall look of this kitchen, as the red blends in well in my daughter's room. I wish it was maybe a little longer in length but yet Im glad its not too bulky and large since it is in her room. She has played with this non stop since we gave it to her several nights ago. I would recommend buying some extra accesories as it comes with very few, and be sure to have some batteries on hand for the burner and phone. Overall I am very pleased, great product for a great price!

Last year for Christmas, I got my kids a lil my size kitchen from a dollar store. And the were only 2 and 1 and they like it but they could pick it up and carry it all around the house and I got tired of that. This year I purchased this product, my kids and step kids love it. I love it. There eyes lit up once they uncoverd it for Christmas this year. Thanks for dropping the price so that I could get it. Its WONDERFUL.

This was a birthday gift to our 2yr old daughter and she hasn't stopped playing with it since. She is very interactive with the entire kitchen. From cooking for her dolly, monkey, ladybug and puppy, to cleaning and putting away the dishes and talking on the phone, she is having great fun and plays with it several times a day since getting it. The size is perfect for her and our living space. We love the look of the kitchen and it was not that hard to put together. We added wooden fruit to the basket/bin, some dry goods to the cabinet and refrigerator foods. A much better value than other kitchens we looked at, even with the extras that we added. We love watching our little one's imagination at work with this great kitchen. Would definitely recommend this product.
