My 2 year old is fascinated with his Kitchen Playset

Thank you to Step2 for letting me test this item as part of the Step2 toy tester program. My son loves his Kitchen Playset. It's almost like a real kitchen which is so convenient for me because my son loves "trying" to help me in the kitchen. So now, he has his own little kitchen to play with that is SAFE. The instructions and installment was very easy to comprehend and it took my husband about 10-20 minutes to put it together.I swear this is really a cute toy that all toddlers should have. It comes with miniature pots, pans, bowls, cups a little container and etc. The smaller items are much bigger just in case you have those children that like to stick things in their mouth, such as my son. You don't have to worry about them choking on any of those items because they are large enough for the children to play with. I love that is has a microwave and a little refrigerator, an oven, a pantry, pretty much everything that makes up your own kitchen. My son loves playing with the stove because you can turn the knobs and it makes the clicking sounds which he is so fascinated with.Overall this is really a nice product that is very fun and safe for you child(ren) to play with for the recommended ages. I am very please with this item by Step2 because it keeps my son engaged for hours (sometimes I have to stop him from having fun to eat his snacks!) and I love that it's unisex, so that any gender can play with it and lastly because it's so life-like! Definitely a wonderful item to get for your child(ren) for a birthday, or Christmas present! :)

My girls love this kitchen and it seems like it will hold up pretty well...but we have only had it a week so far. We ordered it online and got the free play food set and did the site to store and I am pretty happy with the purchase. It is a decent size but not too big. My 2 and 3 year old play with it together without too much fighting over space haha

very cute and fun kitchen

my daughter (who is not yet two) just got this kitchen for Christmas and has played and played with it!! Loves her kitchen!!!!! She is a little on the shorter side and cant reach the microwave yet but loves the sounds the pot and skillet makes while she cooks. This is well worth every penny we paid for it and it was on of the cheapest we found. Hope this helps those of you reading it. Great buy!! Did take some time putting it together but well worth it!

Everybody loves it!

I bought this kitchen for my 16 month old grand daughter for Christmas. My son in-law said it was a bit tedious to put together and that a drill would be preferable for all the screws. Once completed, he and my daughter were both very pleased with the new addition to their play room. My grand daughter is thrilled! The microwave is too tall for her to use yet but I knew she was young for it when I purchased it and wanted something she could grow into. Overall very pleased with the purchase!

Unexpected surprise!

Received product on time. Assembly was easy. Product sturdy. The front burner doesn't work. The drawer on the right has nothing to keep it from falling out easily. HOWEVER, the 2 y/o granddaughter I bought it for loved it. And surprisingly, my 3 y/o grandson loved it even more!! He plays for hours preparing meals for everyone and calls himself Chef *Grandson*. A second purchase of same product is in the works for him as the rightful owner of the kitchen has now taken it to her house. The kids are happy with it, therefore, I am.

Cute Kitchen

This is a very cute kitchen. It takes some muscle to put it together, especially on the faucet and refrigerator door. Also some of the holes were missing where the screws were supposed to go. So I'd say it wasn't easy to get it all put together. Also some of the doors don't open easily, not sure if our 2 year old will be able to open/close these when she gets it for Christmas.

Just Perfect

After looking at the reviews for numerous kitchens of varing sizes we decided this one was a good fit and looked to be the best value for the money for our grandsons. We're very pleased with our decision. It was easy to put together, took less than an hour. I did have to use a drill as 2 of the holes weren't pre drilled and one side of the molded dish rack shelf was at a slight slant, not straight but not a major problem so I couldn't give it 5 stars in meets expectations. I am sure our 2 and 4 year old, rough and tumble grandsons will get many hours of enjoyment "cooking" with Mom and Dad with it. It has ample storage for extra dishes, play food, etc. Worth the cost.

Step 2 Play Kitchen

Step 2 Lifestyle Complete Chef Kitchen-awesome-Twin 20 month old Grandkids love it. It was ordered a couple of weeksberfore Christmas and shipped to my daughter's Walmart location In Frisco-It arrived in a timely manner-Just three or 4 days-Easy to find location in store to pick it up-Associates all friendly and smiling. Got it home and easy to put together. I would suggest to the manufacture that one of the drawers comes out all the time-I would make it where the drawer can come out but not fall out. Directions easy for my son-in-law to follow. Thank you-My new way of shopping for my grandkids from now on. I live in Duncan, Oklahoma-So this was very convenient for me. Thank you

Daughter LOVES this kitchen!!!!!

Bought this kitchen for my daughter's 1st birthday. Last one in store marked down to $19.00! It was left over from Christmas and they needed to sell it. Never opened on or anything. My daughter LOVES this kitchen. She's almost 1 and a half and still plays with it everyday. Best gift we ever got her! Perfect for 1st birthday! Easy to assemble too!

Economical Play Kitchen

This is the most economical play kitchen from Step2. ($75 on sale) This is why we chose it for my 2 yr old daughter. Figured her and the brother will play with it when he's older, since Step2 is sturdy it should last. Loves the burner which makes boiling/sizzling noises, loves the phone the most which makes realistic beeping/ringing noises but since the refrigerator and microwave don't do anything, these parts are not so impressive for realistic play. Was easy to assemble but needed holes drilled, the hubby still put it together in less than 1/2 hour. Great kitchen for the price. But you need to buy some extra accessories and food items!
