My daughter received this for her 2nd birthday. It was really simple to put together, very well constructed and keeps her busy for great lengths of time. I can see this being a well-loved set for several years. It was also very appropriately priced in my opinion.

My 3 year old loves her kitchen. it took about an hour to put together, but to my disappointment, some parts I was unable to put together because the manufacter did not have the holes preset for the screws. Therefore i was unable to secure some parts of the kitchen.

Step 2 is always a great brand. I had a wood kitchen for 2 boys and after my third came along, the wood kitchen went in the garbage. This kitchen is very sturdy and age appropriate. My kids range from 1-7 and they all enjoy playing with it. A bit pricey for what it offers, but I would definitely recommend this product and any other Step 2

Her words, not mine. I purchased this for our 2 year old (26 months) daughter as a christmas present from Santa. It's only been a couple of days, but it is by far her toy of choice to play with so far this season. Bonus....she has stayed out of my kitchen drawers and cabinets now that she has her own kitchen "just like Mommy!" My husband put the whole thing together in about 35-45 minutes with a power screwdriver (he said it would have taken longer with a regular scredriver). And about half that time was putting on the stickers. I was very pleased with the overall appearance. I like that it has little microwave, sink, oven and refridgerator. My daughter loves that it's her own kitchen and is especially fond of the pot and frying pan that make boiling and frying noises. I definately think that this was a great bargin and quality compared to the price of some of the other play kitchens out there. Another nice feature is that the colors are very gender neuteral. So it it neither girly or boyish. It was a great purchase based on the look and excitement on my daughters face.

We were tired of settling for the cheapest kitchen set we could find! They are flimsy, doors do not close all the way and they are ugly (all one or two colors). I did some shopping around and found this kitchen set. It's sturdy! The doors actually close all the way! It even has drawers to store food/ cookware in! It is very cute! AND it wasn't the most expensive one around! It suits our family just fine!

A relatively affordable play kitchen. Assembly was easy. Size is perfect. Appearance is very appealing. Quality is very good. Sound effects are fun, love that it has a different sound if you put the sauce pan v. the skillet on the burner. My daughter is crazy about it. Bought in bundle with 101 food pieces for an extra $10, well worth it if still available for you.

we bought this for my 3 yr old son for xmas...very good product for the price, seems sturdy, although difficult to assemble without having a power tool! we definitely would have saved a lot of time and effort...you have to drill the screws through layers of plastic, and it gets tiring! other than that, its been a success this xmas!

I did a lot of researching before settling on this kitchen. It's great! My 3 year old loves it! It has all the features of other kitchens and also cute accents like the drying rack and cupboards. It's the best value for this price range, and in my opinion, probably one of the best period! Very easy to put together. And don't bother buying the food bundle, you can get much better food sets for the same price, like the Betty Crocker pots and pans food set. Super cute. GREAT BUY!

After researching play kitchens at Target, Wal-Mart, and Toys R Us, I found that the Step2 LifeStyle Custom Kitchen was by far the best quality for the price. I ordered it online and had it shipped to the nearest Wal-Mart store so I didn't have to pay the shipping cost. I received it nearly a week earlier than what was quoted. It took me only 40 - 45 minutes to put it together and apply all the stickers myself. The directions were easy to understand and it's a wonderful kitchen loved by both my 5 year old son and 1 year old daughter. We all enjoy playing with it. I highly recommend this kitchen!!!!

My husband and I bought this for our 18 month old boy since he likes to spend time with us while we're getting dinner ready every night and he really likes it. The only problem is the lower left door doesn't shut all the way but it doesn't really bother me. I do wish that it made more noises than just the one burner. My son really likes to push buttons and hear the sound effects so it would have been better if it did that. All in all I think it's a good kitchen.
