Just installed the soundbar, and the sound is a great improvement over the TV alone.  Fast and east installation.

Great Sound and bass.

Although the sound from my TV programs are much improved, I think the next step up which includes a "Sub Woofer" would have been a little better

Regret

Lasted a few months, stopped working after it was bumped around a little.  I would not purchase again!

I regret buying

Sound Bar started functioning intermittently after the return date of Jan. 25, 2020, completely died March 25, 2020.

Poor Quality!

This thing is great! Only have to turn it up to 4. The sound is clear and when listening to music it thumps. Wish I'd bought it sooner!!!

Big sound in small package!

Said it was for a small to medium TV but it gives way more than enough sound for my 65 inch smart TV. Very good purchase for the price!

Good Sound!

This was a Christmas present and is being used in my son's room. He LOVES it and very easy to install

Easy to install, great directions and telephone support extremely helpful and actually has live persons! Great sound!

Reasonably priced and very good quality

The item did not work out of the box. I called the manufacturer for tech support and went through about 20 minutes of troubleshooting, but the item still did not function properly. Had to wait a day to get an RMA to send the unit back to the manufacturer and get a replacement.

Product did not work

I purchased the VIZIO 38" 2ch Sound Bar (SB3820x-C6) model due to price (30.00 cheaper than this model) and the sound was mediocre and I ended up returning it and buying this model (has Bass speakers in it) and a huge difference in quality and depth of sound. It is a Bluetooth speaker as well so streaming music from your BlueTooth devices is a plus. I ended up needing to use 2 of the 4 cables provided (yes provided with this unit) to direct connect my cable set-top box and laptop to this soundbar since my TV's audio out did not pass through HDMI audio that was connected to it.  For an open apartment living area this is located, the decibel level from this device is more than enough to have the neighbors banging on your door to turn it down.  Great buy!
