The Chair is very comfortable. The delivery was a -1 rating. In the order it states it will be delivered to your door. Guess it doesn't state which door. They delivered it to my garage door which is 25ft from by front door and on a street which gets splashed by water. Can not see my garage door and you can't call customer service. Had to use a chatbot first. Never got a call back. It's not a way to do business.

If you want to sit back, relax, and read a good book or scroll Instagram reels, this chair is NOT the one. While it is a heavy, solid piece of furniture and looks nice, it is not very comfortable. It's difficult to sit back because the seat is weirdly deep (front to back), and it's more awkward if you try to use a back pillow since there's no support for your shoulders. Even without a pillow, there is no support since the backrest is way below shoulder level -- middle of the back for taller people. It may not look like it in the images, but the back is really low. Another major drawback, if you're reading a book or scrolling a device, you cannot rest your elbows on the arms of the chair -- they are too low (and I am far from tall at 5 ft). You end up with your book on your lap because when you lower your arms to rest, they're almost straight. The chair looks proportionate in images, but it really isn't. It's like you're sitting on top of the chair not comfortably in it. Everyone (most taller than I) agrees -- it is weird and awkward. * Beware of those incentivized rave reviews; they are not true and shouldn't be allowed. I am so sorry I bought this :(

Ordered truffle color. Photo online and on the box are clearly tan. The chair is gray. Not even remotely close to the pictures. Feel like I’m looking at that dress on FB years ago…is it white and gold or is it blue and black.

The most uncomfortable chair I ever tried to sit in! The back is way too low. I’m 5’4”… I wish I could have tried it out at a store cause I would not have bought it!!

I just received chair last week and opened it, but NO legs in the box.. only the chair, no receipt!! WHAT DO I DO. I called consumer care..NO HELP from them!!

This chair is stylish, comfortable and a beautiful ivory color. I love that the fabric is cleanable! The wood legs elevate the look. This chair is versatile in the rooms it could compliment. Very nice chair.

This is the definition of a comfy chair! I loved how wide the seat was and deep it went. I think the color gives it a great clean look but with all the easy clean included!

Great piece to add comfort and sophistication to any space. The depth of the seat is enough to be able to curl up in, but also easy to get out of. Love to durable and easy to clean fabric that is still soft and luxurious!

This is the comfiest chair I've ever sat it. I sunk right in. It's spacious and a great color. I love the solid wood legs as well. Would definitely buy
